Received a message and then a text advising to book parking - but both times was told there was none available.

Super hotel with lovely bar and restaurant. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was large and immaculately clean. Loved the walk-in shower. Well positioned for harbour and the city centre. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Great position as an easy walk to the harbour and CBD. Clean and warm. The loft apartment was great for a family with teen-agers.

Couldn't use the TV the first night as it was not working but it was promptly fixed the next day.

Great spacious room and layout, warm comfy bed, lovely bathroom products and just what I needed in the kitchen. The Tassie plunger coffee was very nice too!

The property was very clean and spacious and the staff were really accommodating. It’s only a short walk from everything and really conveniently placed. I had an excellent view.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location to waterfront was a 5 minute walk . Highly recommend a stay here while in Tassie.

Everything was great from the time we arrived till we departed 2 days later. Parking was good.

The room was clean,and neat restaurant was great, and the bar bar was nice for a drink before dinner

Staff very helpfull felt secure as my partner was in hospital so i spent most of the time on my own close enought to go for walks to where i needed to go
