Restaurant was great. Food sooooo good. Room was comfortable. Staff lovely. I think this would be great for corporate functions. Brilliant location.

Would have liked a bit more tourist information as we came from Australia. Maybe some staff suggestions. Loved this place though.

The staff were lovely But they had lost our booking for 4 rooms so took a while to get them Then placed on the top floor in family rooms We enquired about breakfast and was told it was in with the price the first night but not the next two

Perfect location in the centre of Athlone. Reception staff were very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. My room was fabulous with a view of the River Shannon. The most comfortable bed, pillows and duvet I have ever slept in. We had dinner in the bar/bistro and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely hotel, great attention to detail.

The staff at front desk (Louise) was very good help. Couldn’t have asked for better service. In general staff at the front desk and bar were excellent, we will definitely be back soon.

Location is excellent, beds and the room were spotless and the attention to detail was great. Food was really nice in the restaurant and it's just a nice place to stay. I was there for a conference the following morning after my stay so it was like being home from home. WiFi was great and the staff are really friendly. I've stayed here before so when I knew I was going to be in Athlone for work I immediately booked the Radisson.

Parking was a challenge but not the fault of the hotel. Some headers hanging around outside the front but again not the fault of the hotel.
