Room wasn't vacated completely when we arrived (previous customer had left their bags in the room). Floor was a bit dirty (under the bed)

Both breakfast and the tapestry grill had a great selection. Catering a large choice. Staff very helpful and great location.

Everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. Spacious rooms, beds were comfy, shower was good. Easy to walk to the CBD and harbour area, although uphill on the return. Valet parking available or save some money and park yourself in the adjacent multi storey car park.

Wifi not great, but we were at the end of the corridor. Breakfast extensive although the room was quite crowded.

The spa was the perfect place to unwind after a long flight! The bed was super comfy and the decor was fab!

Location was perfect, we were getting married on Shortland street so was great to be able to pop down! Staff were all lovely! And a nice touch that a bottle of bubbles was sent up to our room to celebrate our wedding! Really loved the stay!

Bar staff service was poor, and all the drinks we wanted to order from the menu were not avai lable. The room was average for a double queen, I should have paid a bit more for a better size and quality room. Average breakfast and slow service. I have experienced this from my last bookings made by booking.com that no mini bar is available in the room and no water bottles on arrival. I feel that booking.com guests are treated differently for some reason.Maybe because of a cheaper deal? I won't recommend it if you are paying above $300 plus a night.There are other better options available.

I arrived at 10am looking to drop off my bag and they checked me in straight away as my room was ready which was fantastic!

Pullman Auckland Hotel had everything we needed. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and very modern. The staff were handled my queries fast and efficiently in the upmost highest professionalism and were very welcoming and helpful.

The prawns on the room service menu was overpriced. $28 for 3 prawns and sauce is a bit excessive.

The lighting in the room was bad, room was dark was hard to get ready, mirror placement randomly placed, shower was trickling and not up to standard, a bit dated, no fan in the bathroom, sink didn’t drain well, the restaurant food is basic and over priced, we asked if we could use the drink voucher in the restaurant and we were not told cocktails are not included until it was time to pay, we expected more from the price. I don’t think we will stay there again.

Location great. Suite exceeded expectations- very roomy. Best bed to sleep in Great we were able to check into our room ahead of time.

The location was excellent, we walked to most places. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities were fabulous. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. We loved our stay and would return.

Everything was clean and modern, the coffee machine looked brand new! The room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We ordered room service and the meals were delicious!

There was no 'main' room light, so to get enough light at night we needed to go around and turn on all the little lamps and reading lights. Plus, the phone wouldn't connect to the spa (even reception tried to redirect me, to no avail), so I had to walk down after trying all morning, and ended up missing out on being able to book in a massage as the last morning slot was taken just as I arrived downstairs. This wouldn't have happened if I was able to actually call/be connected to the spa.

The hotel was really lovely. We stayed in a 'residence' which had a kitchenette and we also asked for an extra bed for our son. The room was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also wonderful for our family - heated pool and well equipped gym. The location was also very good - a short walk to the city, easy access to buses, taxi's, boats on the harbor. We would definitely look to stay at the Pullman again.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was a wonderful place to holiday with a young family.
