lovely clean rooms, very tidy
Room was rather small, bathroom could do with an upgrade. We ran out of tissues the first day (wasnt any in the holder) Could do with more toilet paper as the roll at the start was only 1/4 & we had 1 spare for 4 people

Don't like the shower heads. They are dated, time they were upgraded.

The bed was comfortable and there were all the things you need for a short stay. The staff member who checked us in gave good and thorough directions about accessing the building to and from.
The whole complex smelled strongly. The lift/elevator was old and smelled bad (like old shoes and gym bags, covered over ineffectively with strong smelling cleaning agent), the hallways and room smelled of strong citronella cleaning oil - way too strong for comfort. Downstairs accessing the carpark smelled strongly of laundry detergents. The overpowering perfumes was nauseating.
The room was smaller than anticipated, and there were minimum (3) towels in the bathroom. The toilet light could not be turned on without a loud fan activating.

The location was good, close to the shops etc.
We stayed 2 nights, booked the room specifically because it had a spa bath. Really disappointing that it didn't work!! We went through all of the instructions on the wall, including turning the fuse on and off at the fuse box but there was no power at all. No hot water on either morning, Luke warm showers. I addressed these issues with reception, no apology, the lady just said she'd make a note. It's a shame because everything else was quite good but this ruined our evenings.

the room were large enough, but not worth $200 a night
the pool was closed by 7pm, also it was not ideal for a disabled person. to pay $200 a night for even a single person was expensive when we only stayed 20hrs not 24. no room service or continental breakfast available

My room had easy access, I could literally park outside my room. Loved the spa bath in my room. walking distance to restaurants. sky Tv was a treat. wifi was excellent and the aircon was amazing.

Friendly helpful staff, good location. Spacious room.
Bed was a bit hard. Lift wasnt working, being holiday season the staff did explain that they couldnt get a technician to fix it until after the holiday period, whih was understandable.

Spa bath didn’t work and when I told them they said there was a process you needed to go through to get it to work. When I suggested that needed to be told to the guests he just shrugged his shoulders

This is the best place we’ve found which suits our whanau!! Always so welcoming & as clean as it looks. Some place u go to look clean but actually feel dirty. Amazing ppl, amazing place!! Super affordable for our ever growing family
