Nothing to like …

Terrible check in procedure , they keep sending you back and forth from one counter to the other .. They make you fill up a stupid paper even though they have all the information already in the booking . The credit card machine does not work because they are too lazy to charge it. And they just prefer to be paid in cash ! Not to mention, the prices are ridiculous And Way-over priced for such a beat up on hotel . If you are local, they will always try to charge you much more than the European tourist who pay little to nothing for their stay ! It’s an unfair practice to chase locals away from the hotel . Also, the swimming pool was filthy , at the beach. The security guy is always asking the locals to go swim on the other sides, and they can’t even stand or walk there even though it’s a public beach. I found that very observant because the beach does not belong to anybody. It’s a public beach. They serving the lowest quality breakfast that you can probably find.Terrible coffe terrible food very nasty 🤮

The beach is beautiful. Quite shallow so kids can enjoy being in the water. We booked a sea view room - the view was lovely. Currency exchange next to the main reception. Shops nearby (however, the shops outside of the resort are probably cheaper). Short walk from the Médina. We arrived at the hotel a lot later than we had planned (about 1am) but we were still able to check in. We did contact them to let them know we were still on our way so they were still expecting us.

The rooms we booked had a TV in them but were told we had to pay extra to get the remote from reception and the tv channels had been locked so we were unable to change them (quite annoying considering how much we’d already payed for the room). WiFi in the sea view room didn’t work and the air con wasn’t great either. While some of the staff were really lovely and helpful (especially the lady who cleaned our room, some of the staff around the reception area and some of the security staff), some were very rude and unwelcoming. For example, breakfast in the main restaurant ends at 10am. If we were still in the restaurant at around 9.45am, some of the staff would start tapping their watches and telling us to leave. We were aware of the time and felt the rudeness was completely unnecessary. This happened with a lot of our meals.

Le restaurant le méditerranéen au port El kantoui est incroyable. L'animation était cool, hommages aux animateurs qui n'ont pas ménagés leurs montures.

Le buffet est abrutissant. On se croirait dans une cantine gêante où les clients n'ont visiblement pas mangé depuis des mois. Pauvres serveurs. La plage est belle mais il manque des transats, la faute, peut être, à notre civilisation indécente qui, réserve des transats la veille pour le lendemain (dont je fais parti).

La sécurité le service et la qualité des plats sont très corrects

Ma réservation une chambre vue sur mer malheureusement c’était le contraire mais après une réclamation tout est en ordre
