nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Mounira à la réception très souriante et réceptive à nos demandes. La chambre était très spacieuse et joliment décorée. Les buffets étaient très variés. Bref, Top !!!

Hôtel avec des équipements modernes et propres, la chambre elle est spacieux ( 30 mètres carré), personnel de restauration, et bar au petit soin, professionnels et sourient, Nous avons même eu la chance d'avoir une baby-sitter trouvé par la réception. Très douce et à l'écoute. Merci infiniment

The hotel is very decently maintained and great variety of food is offered at breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Very friendly restaurant and pool area staff
In many ways the hotel feels like the place is stuck in 80-s and not in a good sense. We forgot the toothbrushes and toothpaste and, expecting to find the usual hotel kit at the reception, asked for it only to be answered "go to the pharmacy around the corner" (which was closed at the time, but anyway). Pool and gym get closed at 6 p.m. sharp - really? Especially strange to set this schedule for the gym which people at the resorts tend to use in the evening since the main attraction is, you know, the beach. At breakfasts the hotel always had the pancake stand, but the guy supposed to cook the pancakes was never to be seen during our whole stay. Selection of soft drinks was very poor and the juice offered wasn't juice at all.

The pool and the beach area is very good. Food was delicious and varied. Loved the animation team and the programs. We had a great honeymoon.
In our room the bathroom wasn’t so good.. felt more like a 2* or low 3* rather than a 4*, but it’s our opinion. Some people from the staff wasn’t so kind.

La chambre est très propre et 3 bouteille d'eau en verre sont offerts dans la chambre avec des petits gâteaux de bienvenue
Le petit déjeuner était très bon
Le veilleur de nuit à mon arrivée semblé pressé que je finisse le check-in.. Donc je pouvais pas prendre mon temps à remplir le formulaire
Les équipements de la chambre semble ancien et la TV ne fonctionne pas

Security staff name Mohamed Ali located in the main door was very rude and always asking for tips ,issue was highlighted to manager Mr Khaled and he was very comprehensive and helpful

A very warm friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. All staff we came across were lovely and especially Mm Mounira on reception who is a credit to the hotel.
Also a good choice of food for vegetarians in the restaurant which some hotels need to improve upon.
The girl working hard making the omelettes always had a smile for everyone.

I am really happy cause I choose this hotel! Nice cosy room. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor, all staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Very nice animation during all the day. Keep going guys! I would like to thank Madame Muneera for her help and time give it to us.

It was an amazing stay, I do thank all the staff except some in the restaurant (managers were ok)
I would recommend this property since I have been almost in all surrounding properties and by far this have better service and the human touch is the differenciating factor.

The location was beautiful and the food was nicely presented and served…lots of variety.
Overall service was not the best, for example, we had to repeatedly ask for bedding which was missing in the room.

The location, right by the beach
We payed for 3 rooms with seaview that we did not get until we argued heavily that we payed for it. The second rooms we were given had no internet, no AC so we had to change again. In one of the new room, the bathroom leaked and toilet couldn't be flushed. We have also been asked 500 dinars (130euros) to be able to receive a luggage that was stuck at the airport. I wish we were the only one, but a quick chat in the lift with other guests confirmed that this kind of experience is rather a norm.
Food is decent.

This is a very good hotel. Near to airport (4.4km). Near to public transport. Parking is available and secured. The hotel room is clean and nice. The wifi is good. The hotel staff is professional. Near to central city centre.
