Lit très confortable, literie propre et de qualité.

L’hôtel est vétuste et mériterait une rénovation complète.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

There were no electrical outlets at bedside. However the staff brought in extension cords and move the bed to access the one out behind that was already used to power the night stand lights so they remained off during our stay. we need the outlets for our CPAP machines

I was asked if I wanted to have 'my breakfast' - thinking it was included I had a coffee and a chocolate croissant... the very expensive full breakfast I payed 23 sFr. for at the end... The Hotel is next to some soccer fields, they have late games and then some machine is either watering the lawn or mowing it, in any case making it impossible to sleep with the windows open due to noise. If I have to go to Bex again, I will definitely stay in a different place

Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Although the staff was suitably friendly and the place was clean. The over all area felt in disrepair and abandoned. Certainly felt like we were in the wrong place and possibly the only people in the hotel.

Lack of plugs to charge phones etc. No kettle in room. Shower had 2 curtains which would stick to your skin.

The value for money and the location are good with this hotel. The staff is very friendly, competent and helpful. Also, the room and bathroom are clean and well sized. Parking is available at no extra cost on site and the breakfast is also quite nice.

The hotel is old and appears to not have had a renovation in a bit too long, i.e. the age is very apparent. Unfortunately, there is no bar and/or restaurant in the hotel, also no minibar (in my room), just a vending machine.
