great location, v nice people, v handy lockers for luggage so you can go explore easily

Location is perfect! Bus stop is in front of the hotel. The hotel is full of facilities. Especially in the kitchen, they provided us with many equipments we need! The hotel is worth paying :))

Is fully equipped with all the facilities. Washing machine,dryer, even snow boat to use for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy.

i don’t feel like staying as backpackers, location superb walkable to the Interlaken West train station also the view from the working area super nice 🫶🏻

The location. It's only a few bus stations away from Interlaken Ost and overlooking mountains. Very beautiful.

The best thing: very friendly staff, there at all hours and always smiling and helpful. Simple breakfast that is included and does the trick: fresh bread, jam, cheese, butter, yoghurt, cereal, coffee, tea and milk. Double room was nice, towels and bedding included. Fun and free walking tour from doorstep on two mornings a week.

We were glad for the breakfast but missed some fruit. Hardly any sound proofing; bring earplugs. Beds quiet firm.

Staff absolutely friendly and helpful, they took their time to give me valuable hiking recommendations. The toilets were always clean, as well as the showers. Very good wifi connection and nice location in the city. The kitchen is big and has everything you need, with plenty of space to have dinner/lunch.

Breakfast was good, but I would add a couple of more options such as fruits or dairy products.
