Delayed check in. There was a staff who is busy with his personal calls and not so attentive with the needs of client

The hotel rooms are full of insects; The furniture is very old, worn out and uncomfortable. Room facilities such as bathroom and shower are damaged. The wardrobes are broken and damaged and contain insects. The kitchen is very dirty and the cooking utensils are dirty and old. During my frequent travel over the past twenty years, I have never been deceived by choosing a hotel like I experienced with this hotel

construction near the building windows are not isolating sound nor outside smoke from the nearby construction a lot of insects, not very clean as in the photos road is not asphalted near the hotel balcony's door is not locked for kids few kitchen staff

property is old only 2 slippers where given i have book for 4 person very old facilities better close this hotel

the check in time after booking online took very long if you use visa there is a 4% extra charge

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, Yasser and Fadl from Reception was amazing and very helpful . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharjah . Thank you so much and see you next time .
