The property is well managed and the staff is very accommodating especially would like to point out the manager Ahmad.

The rooms were very good, clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also good.
I forgot to take my Hermes leather wristband which I left in the washroom before going for a bath. I checked out and the next day realized my mistake. I called the reception but the attitude from the reception guy was surprisingly negative and frustrating. On my insistence, however, he confirmed to me that he would speak to the cleaning guy and get back to me. He never came back.

Wonderful straightforward stay, good staff, good service, and sleep. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Sharjah ir dubai for that matter
The hotel was very clean, but could be slightly better and some of the furniture have slight signs of wearing but nothing severe or damaging to the experience

Located at the heart of Sharjah, with an astonishing view of the central lake & Noor Island, this hotel been my first choice whenever i want to stay in the northern emirates, the staff are amazing, the hotel is small, cozy and really clean, their food is good, and their SPA is amazing, (hint: try their massage, it is amazing)
