No separation between smoking and non smoking areas / rooms. I have health issue and for that reason the night was very aganoizing

I liked the comfort of the beds, the size of the room, the rapid answer of the room serves and the close location of the hotel to my relatives.

The lack of cleanliness of the room, very old bed covers and pillows, no accessories in the room, no hanging notes or lights for the room door to ask for quiet or ask for cleaning, not good quality of the food, the restaurant and the coffee down. The room conditioning suddenly became hot “worming” and we are in summer while we were sleeping then they ask us to change the room, the other room was fine in conditioning but the price was high compared with the quality provided. I stayed 11 days and no special offer was given to me and no any compliments was provided in the room even fruits! This hotel need a new administration to improve the quality as a whole and reduce the price.

The location was okay.

The cleaning service was terrible. When i first entered the room i noticed the tissue box was already opened, there was hair on the pillows and bed and stains were visible everywhere, on the bed, on the floor, on the walls, and in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, the tissue was not new again, there was only one towel (hinting that someone had already used the other), the toilet seat had old stains, and there was hair under the sink. The next day came and I prompted for room service and upon returning to my supposedly clean apartment, the cleaning service had left my used wet towel there (not replacing it with a new one). Also, whenever I came up to the floor of my apartment, there was always a foul smell coming from somewhere, people tend to leave food outside of their rooms. I rarely rate anything here but for this hotel i really had to, in the hopes of benefiting someone who's considering staying in this unsanitary hotel. If you do care about the cleanliness of your stay, i strongly suggest you find another place.
