Es gab ein grosses Sortiment zum frühstücken. So viel Kaffe wie man will. Man konnte auch Spiegelei oder Rüherei haben.

Staff not great- many simply shouldn’t be customer facing.breakfast not suitable for Europeans or US travellers. Yulia at check in was outrageously insulting- told me to go away and not speak to her whilst I was struggling to get my wife and kids home from inner city at night.

Amazing location, great staff and beautiful rooms. Everyone was friendly and made it an easy and great stay. Staff helped quickly to fix and small issues and were very generous. Was given an upgrade on check in for no extra charge that was not required.
The hotel itself is a bit old. The rooms are nice and the view is amazing. Only criticism is it could use some renovations to refresh the main facilities.

We liked the location. Once our issue was resolved, the staff were great. Shabbat dinner was great. The breakfast was amazing. The customer service manager, Daniel went all out to help us and provide the best service.
What we requested on our booking wasn’t what we got upon arrival, but it was resolved the next day.
The pool hours were not to our liking. The pool closed too early. Not everyone spoke or understood English well.

The staff is amazing. They do what they can to meet your needs and make your stay enjoyable. Dorit, Yona and Danielle at check-in took care of me always with a smile. There were some glitches with the app entering the correct info and they quickly resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Concierge also went out of their way to help me with my numerous taxi needs, especially a young gentleman with long brown hair who said his name was Danielle also? The buffet is really good with a variety of choices. I plan to return and will be booking with them again. I had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sea, easy access to the beach as well as easy access to different parts of tel aviv.

Incredibly horrible customer service. Employees look very demotivated.
Smelly rooms and the corridors. They were painting right when the guests were there!
There were power outages.
Very uncomfortable bed. Bed linen had holes.
The shower was leaking.
The room is noisy, you can hear all the traffic from the highway below.
The pool is very ugly.
Terrible wifi.
Everything about this experience was unbelievably bad. I simply do not know how booking.com has such a good rating for this hotel.

Great location right by the beach and harbor! Beautiful views from the balconies, delicious food, friendly staff, and ambiance. We would definitely stay there again!

I asked for king they stocked 2 single beds together and called it king was very uncomfortable and not a king bed very uncomfortable!

we got an “upgrade” to a suit… but the suit wasn’t really a suit .. the furniture were old and looked used.. the bed was ok. bathroom was clean. looks like the hotel needs a bit of an update
