Good location, and great breakfast. Great view

Hotel is in poor condition, elevator mirror is broken and taped up. As soon as I walked into the hotel the first thing I saw was a French teen being dragged out of the hotel by the staff and the manager screaming at him to get out! Hotel room smells like mold or cigarettes and for $860 per night price tag this is terrible. Room was super small and nothing special. Staff was ok but the manager seemed like an angry old lady. I think they need to reconsider the whole 5 star rating for this hotel and adjust the price accordingly. Your balcony is shared with the other room so hopefully they go to sleep early or you stay up all night.

Outstanding breakfast, excellent value for money. Staff is extremely courteous, applause to Ruchama and her team.

The location of the hotel was very good and the design is beautiful in parts.

I thought most of the staff were very rude, with the exception of Ravid on reception and the young ladies who were in the lounge on floor 18. The vast majority of the staff had little to no English, which made communication very frustrating. I expected more of a 5 star hotel.
