Breakfast very good, with varied foods, choice of hot and cold dishes. several drinks. The location of the place for breakfast was very good, on the first floor of the hotel. All hotel staff are wonderful. Everyone is helpful, smiling, polite, kind, I'm from Brazil, and they help me a lot with the language. Congratulations to the entire team at the Hotel, I will return to Puerto Rico and will definitely stay at the Hotel again.

I didn't use the beach service one day, and I was charged a daily fee for this convenience, I think it would be interesting to charge only those who use the service.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the fact that there was a shower instead of a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast is a bit pricey and I called asking for two bottles of water (service that was offered in my check-in), but no one got them to me.

The location.

Very poor cleanliness. I had to change rooms as soon as I arrived, because there was hair all over the floor and on the furniture. Then they moved me to another room which had a leaking shower, hair in the shower stall, residue soap on the soap dish, a bed that was sunken in on the side nearest the night stand and housekeeping failed to get all of the garbage out of the garbage can when they came into the room to clean it. at that point, I would have switched hotels, but the nightly rate for a lot of the rooms in the same area had increased and it would have cut my budget for excursions.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean and the location was great. A lot of nice places within walking distance. They also provided transportation to the beach.

To expensive for the a very small room

I am looking for an attorney who can assist me with filing a lawsuit against Doubletree by Hilton Hotels (San Juan, Puerto Rico). My husband and I recently returned back from our vacation in Puerto Rico on Sunday, Aug 13th. I paid in advance through Booking.com for our stay there from Aug 7-13th. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, we went out for the night to go to some local bars walking distance from the hotel. When we returned, we had both been drinking and return to our room. Because I was a bit more intoxicated, I stayed in bed for the night and my husband went downstairs to the lobby area. Approximately 1:30am, my husband came in the room stating that I should get up and get dress, we were being asked to vacate the premises. Because I was still inebriated, I was struggling to get my clothes on when two officers appeared in our room to escort us off the property. I asked what was going on and why did we have to leave, then this hotel staff started saying that she could not get into the details and that we have to leave immediately. They persisted to exit us out the hotel in the middle of the night in a foreign country with no place to go.
