The room was comfortable, the hotel beach was extraordinary.

María and staff were very helpful— greeted us with a welcome drink and explained everything to us. They gave us a great room and we’re very helpful when our ferry got cancelled due to high winds. They helped us with other arrangements. Room service was quick and they got order right.

The food quality could have been better for part of the menu. However, the presentation was beautiful.

Needed all our rooms the same and close together. Did give them a little hard time over it but they handled the situation well.

Our stay of 8 nights was amazing. The staff are genuinely caring and welcoming and go out of their way to assist you in any way possible. Every little detail is taken care of. Far exceeded our expectations and the location is the best spot on IOS. Highly recommended!!! Oh and food was excellent !

EVERYTHING!!!! beach was gorgeous, clean water, relatively calm, family oriented space with activities if wanted. The hotel staff arranged our outings, our transfers, and took care of sunbeds and shade free of charge. Fabulous hotel would stay again!

The breakfast was amazing! Wonderful full buffet every morning served in front of the hotel at the restaurant. The property itself was beautiful, we really enjoyed the pool and the balcony our room had. There’s also an outdoor workout area which was well equipped with plenty of machines and accessories, and had a pull down shade to shield from the sun during various parts of the day. The staff was excellent and so helpful in booking us massages with the local spa, or taxis or just anything we needed. Also the location is incredible - right in front of the beach with beach beds free to guests and restaurant service to the beach as well. We loved our stay here!

The room itself was a little dated and cramped, it had a lot of furniture crammed into one space so it was hard for us to find room to leave our suitcases open. We had also read on google reviews that a couple just the week prior was able to get upgraded due to it being their honeymoon, and we were on ours as well and were hoping to get either an upgrade or just acknowledgement but that did not happen. Apart from that though we really loved this resort and would definitely book here again (maybe a better room next time).

The hospitality here is next level. They are incredibly kind and attentive to all of your needs! The private beach and the hotel bar service on the beach really made the experience luxurious!

The resort is not very close to town. You are able to rent a dune buggy or walk a path to the town, but if you are looking for restaurants close by, the resort restaurant is really your best option. And it is delicious! But just something to keep in mind.
