Well maintained facilities, many restaurants around the hotel, very comfortable bed

No parking, poor breakfast, a bit noisy in the evening due to the central location.

This hotel is very nice. Go for it!

We loved the location of the hotel, with a balcony over looking the main square of Argostoli. We were lucky enough to watch all the Easter celebrations from the balcony. The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They speak good English therefore you don't gave to worry about communicating with them.

Bit of an odd layout in the room, but that hardly matters

i loved everything from the installation to the staff. Special thanks to Maria at the reception , to Athanasia as a waiter and the BEST OF THE BEST for the end GREGORIS. I was amazingly surprised when the upgrade me to another beautyfull room with a balcony.

the cost of the coffee at the breakfast, even if it’s included in the price if you want to have a coffee get ready to pay 3€.

Amazing top floor room, and I mean you get the whole top floor ! You could have a party up there lol, comfortable bed, amazing 360 views over the harbour and the square, great jacuzzi, lovely breakfast buffet and free drink when you check in, really made to feel like a VIP x great for honeymoon as really romantic, once we checked in I sunbathed, dipped in the jacuzzi before dinner .

No tea/coffee facilities in the room , we went last year so took flasks for hot water but no cups only glasses in room ... for VIP I would expect tea and coffee

Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Situation overlooking the main square was excellent.

Nothing

Modern and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Just off the main square in Argostoli so is close to all the cafés, bars and restaurants. Buffet style breakfast, and housekeeping change and clean your room on a daily basis, also leaving two 500ml bottles of water in the fridge which is a great touch. Staff are incredibly helpful with recommendations, booking taxis and fit to fly Covid tests. If you’re planning on exploring kefalonia whilst you’re there then I’d recommend getting a car, it’s just a bit too big for a scooter or an ATV.

Only two very minor things. Being close to the main square there can be a bit of noise, also the breakfast buffet was the same all week. Food was great but some variety would have been good. There is also no access to roof terrace as I believe that is for the penthouse room only.

Staff was very polite

Room was small, not a 4*, bathroom was small and the second room they gave us (first had only a very small window: dark and super small) had a very bad smell from the shower drain. Minibar had only still water. No coffee or tea on the table. Poor amenities (only 1 small bottle of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel for 2 persons)
