The location of the apartment was amazing, just few minutes from the centre of Argostoli.Dionysis was a great host and he even contacted us a day prior to our arrival so we can make arrangements regarding our check in. The place was extremely clean and it was cleaned even during our stay. The whole apartment was spacious and the parking space was fine with colored lines on the ground to mark where your car should be. I could not recommend this place more its a 10/10

We arrived from London by car with our dog and Dennis waited for us with the keys and kindly helped us with all our luggage, as our apartment was on the first floor. The apartment was regularly cleaned and the towels and linens changed, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were pleased there was covered parking. Good location in relation to Argostoli, and there are shops and a vet close by.

We had a terrace with a beautiful view, but we wish that the stairs that lead to the main road had some form of gate for the safety of pets. We couldn’t enjoy the terrace more, as we were afraid our poodle would run down onto the road. Also worth mentioning, the shower/bath ceiling is a bit lower, which was an issue for my tall husband who couldn’t stand upright.

we had the top floor apartment: bathroom could be bigger; room hights are minimum (still very beautiful) mattresses not comfortable - hard.

Everything was ok.Very polite owner. Location is far away from city center, on hill, with nice view. To have car is more convinient and easy. Parking is availabe. Nice garden, like on picture. Many thanks to Dionisis for our perfect vacation.Regards from Petrovic family and all the best.

the apartment was so good we liked the view from the terrace ..the place was so clean ..the kitchen was fully equipped with everything ..we had a parking spot for our car ..and the place was so quiet

the apartment was 25 mins walking to Argostoli "downtown" and the road was so hard to walk it

Very good position also a good view with a beautiful garden. Also the host was very gentle and good with the communication

A bit difficult for my mother coming back up the hill. We thought it was going to be in Lassi, but was nearer to Spillia.

We love views a lot,owner was friendly ,we hiking a lot,but better to have car,u can go down one side to Argostoli center ,and go other side down to Lassi bars and beaches

Washing mashine wasn’t working properly,and apartments a bit old inside,otherwise everything we like

The apartment was very clean and super organized. Location was great - 3-4 mins by car to the city center and 5 mins by car to a very beautiful beach - Makros Gialos.

There was noise from the main street and also the parking in the garage was a little bit tricky if you have a longer car.

Nice host and great terrace.

Place is really great with a nice terrasse and close to main places to go. Flat is brand new inside with a big bed, definitively recommend tourist to stay at this place.

When we travel we do not always carry gel and shampoo so soap samples or shower is often welcome but that’s a detail anyway.

Dennis was super friendly, he helped us out with a lot of things! The accommodation had a nice small garden and everything you need in an apartment!

- Dennis was a great host, very friendly and attentive. When a problem arose he was on the case immediately! - The location is in between the Lassi beaches and Argostoli centre, 15 minutes into the centre and around 15/20 minutes walk to the beaches of Lassi. I would recommend a car/moped in future though. - The grass area looking over Argostoli is a lush place to sit out, the whole apartment and outside area had a great feel - The apartment is a good size for two guests

- There is a road outside that could get a bit noisy at night (can’t be helped).

Very good value. Excellent kitchen, outside bbq area very nice for the cooler late Oct evenings
