L'hôtel était conforme à mes attentes. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Parking sécurisé la nuit, c'est un vrai plus.

Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres.

Personnel très accueillant. Très calme. Très propre. Près d'un centre commercial. Petit déjeuner suffisant. Nous n'avons pas déjeuner à l'hôtel. Il nous a été possible de mettre un pain de glace dans leur congélateur (très appréciable vue la chaleur). Parking gratuit

La chambre était exiguë malgré une salle de douche parfaite. Je serais attentive à la superficie de la chambre à l'avenir. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire ni thé ni café.

- The staff was very friendly - The room is small but comfortable - It’s clean and calm

- The breakfast was not very diverse, mainly sweet options. - The hotel is “far” from the center BUT there is a bus just in front bringing you there so that’s ok.

It is near a bus station which drives each 15m to the Center. Good free parking.

The pool isn’t s pool, rather 6x4m?!

Excellent service! Andréa from the reception helped me get bus tickets using an app, and her guidance was spot on. Give her a raise! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. Free parking was great to have, since we had rented a car to go see the lavender fields. The sparkling water dispenser was amazing!

We had to switch rooms since they got confused and forgot to change our sheets and towels, but once we pointed it out, it was handled.

Room extremely tiny, no hand towels provided, pool grout over the entire surface of the tiled pool covered in black. Absolutely disgusting! Needs to be resurfaced. The pool lingers were also filthy.

there was no mattress in the cod and instead of telling and finding a solution they tried to cover up which made us feel like fools that wouldn’t realize… we got help and in the end we were able to have a some what comfortable bed, but it left a bad impression. furthermore the door was in bad shape and only with force it was possible to close which was extremely loud for all the guest around and also not helpful for the once trying to sleep in the room

Very Good breakfast! We loved new fizzy water machine in the hall!! Excelent beds and lovely pool. Sadly we couldn't swim because of the Mistral... but we visited the Pope's Palace instead!!

Nice place a bit outside of Avignon but still easy to reach the city center by car or bus. The breakfast is really awesome and the best we ever had in an ibis hotel

Twin room was a little small for two. Some of the staff spoke limited English so it was tricky at times, but they tried their best and were so helpful

The hotel is not close to the centre of Avignon and is located in a commercial area outside the city. However for our 1 night stay it was in a good location to drive to the next stage of our tour of Provence.. There is a large free car park and the hotel has a restaurant and bar plus an outdoor swimming pool... not open during our stay in March. The room was clean and had a good bathroom with a walk in shower.. We used the hotel for breakfast and the evening meal. The breakfast choice was very good and of a good quality. However, the choice for dinner was limited due to our stay being a Sunday in March and few people staying in the hotel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect 4 star service.

Room was hot and air conditioning not working. Bed pillows to soft and with a heavy winter duvet made sleeping difficult. If you want to visit the historical area of Avignion you will need a car as the hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the city centre. There is however a bus stop outside the hotel if you don't want to pay the high car parking costs in Avignion.

Parking, restaurant (it was too cold to try the pool), location was convenient for us.

Sliced bread was old and dry at breakfast.

The staff were absolutely excellent. The accommodation was very good. It was on a frequent bus route (c3) to the centre. It was all excellent.

Was given a room that had not been made up or cleaned but the staff quickly changed us to a new room. Very helpful staff helped us carry the bags up as I had recently had an operation and could not carry the suitcase and there was no lifts.

The hotel could do with a good update the hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast had not breakfast tea but lots of other specialty teas.

The Staff were very helpful. Jessica should be mentioned as a great ambassador for the IBIS Group.

20 mins from the city by bus. Somehow bus route isn't shown in google map so you need to use paper map like the old days. I wish they have more snacks at the bat since the location is far from any grocery.
