We had a balcony with a beautiful view of sea buy unfortunately no sun all day and as it was windy so cold you could not get eny refreshment until 19.00 you have a lovey place but no facilities.

In no particular order: friendly staff, car park, slightly dated but comfortable room and bed, quiet.

In a quiet area, in a sense suburban, but with a nearby Erromardie beach. A car needed to get to St Jean de Luz. A comfortable room with a balcony and view over the two pools to more distant sea. Restaurant serving fairly simple but satisfactory dinners and good breakfasts. This is not a luxury hotel but very good at this price and a relaxing stay

Nothing to dislike. Only drawback is distance from town, but we knew that. Secure underground parking

The staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us in every way despite Covid restrictions. We could not get a room with a sea-view but it's OK, we only stayed for 1 night.

Again, it's sad to see how some clients address the staff or leave the facilities. There is definitely a lack of education and respect. There should be a blacklist.

The friendly & competent staff, the swimming pool (with many chairs available), the view from the room (if you have one facing the ocean), the overall size and clean aspect of the room, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner (quite convenient).

Mostly location-related. The numerous camping sites near the hotel (too much noise, even compare to the city), the Erromardie beach which was disappointing (dangerous with many rocks, not suitable for family or surfing, go to Lafitenia or Biarritz by bus instead), the lack of lunch option at the hotel, and the distance from St Jean de Luz (35 min walking, or 12 min bus ride, but only one per hour).

Excellent service and location. Large room with comfortable bed and good size balcony. Very accommodating and flexible stuff.

Room Interior is little bit chubby and can use some painting refreshment. Breakfast can have at least omelet added for this price.

All was more than my expectation. Parking underground and direct to the reception and room. Room is bigger and nicer than the photo. Good view and big balcony. 5 minute walking to the beach, calm area. Dinner was quite small but not expensive. Did not use the pool as it was close for this period.

Had to ask for the daily bottle of water.

Great stay in St Jean de Luz. We wanted a hotel away from the city centre yet close (less than 7mn by car)

As it was Autumn the pool was closed despite being heated. Unfortunate but not dramatic.

Very surprised at the quality of the main hotel building. The 12 sea and pool views are by far the best and very quiet. Just two hundred metres from the sea with three bars etc. The staff were truly exceptional and were incredibly helpful. Will definitely visit and stay again at this hotel.

The location was excellent, room size was excellent, staff were lovely and the pool and environs were well mantained and clean. The grounds were lovely for a walk. Underground parking particularly useful on hot days. Proximity to Erromardie beach was a great bonus and for the nights you liked to relax with a drink in Saint Jean the Luz, the bus stopped outside the door.

The breakfast at €11 per head was very poor value, we only used it once. For that price it lacked any kind of imagination and effort. Cheap fruit juices, dried and tinned fruit, mini croissants, cold hard boiled eggs, it was not at all interesting. For €11 the offer of at least an omelette would have been expected, as well as easy options like granola. Additionally the bar only opened at 7pm, so a drink or ice cream during the day was not possible. This may come down to the small size of the hotel, but it was an inconvenience. Address these little things and good could become excellent.
