Staff were very friendly. Location was good which, along with the brand was why I chose the hotel.

The room was very tired / worn and in need of modernisation. Breakfast started at 6.30am, I went in around 6.45am and the hot food was luke warm! Paying £5 for parking wasn't great.

What a hidden 'gem' staff where absolutely amazing and accommodating ...Jo & Toni made us at home, welcome & comfortable..Happy birthday lovely! All facilities and hospitality was more than expected. Will be booking again soon!

- staff were excellent - very good food in pub grill - very comfortable beds

- swimming pool was closed when we were as the outside temperature was so low the pool could not be heated to the required temperature. This was unfortunate because we had paid a premium to get access to the pool.
