Checkin and checkout process was friendly and efficient. Food quality and restaurant staff were excellent. Sliding glass door to the bathroom is not a plus factor.

We chose not to have breakfast because of the additional cost. We expected from the price of the accommodation thar it would include breakfast

The overall experience was not good. As a regular guest at this hotel we have never selected a basic "comfy" room as you call it, does not even fit the price of £122 for that room. We immediately upgraded to the room we often tend to book, but had to pay an extra £35.00. We paid for our drinks and meal soon after finishing our meal. We just wanted to pay for what we had and not billed to our room. So on our check out the next day. We were expecting to hand in the room card and receive our invoice of nil balance. But to be told that an outstanding amount to be paid of £109.00. Which could not be explained as to what this amount was for. The receptionist sought help from another colleague. We were now waiting for around 10 minutes or longer. I produced my receipt for payment made for the meal and drinks. This I showed to the receptionist and she took it to show someone else who was not present at reception. She finally returned saying that the amount paid for the meal was not taken off. However, the figures still did not add up from the amount paid was different to what they said was still owing. This was a big blunder on their part without any apology given. From this experience we have decided never to go back to this hotel. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There was not much to celebrate.

The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Our stay was during a heatwave and there was no better feeling than walking into our room to experience a very efficient air conditioning system.

Excellent rooms. The staff were excellent, too. Food was first class.

Pillows on the bed were soft and uncomfortable.
