Fantastic value for money. It's a beautiful older hotel with decent sized rooms in the perfect location split between the more touristy main side of town and the "secret" streets with all the excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. The staff was very professional and helpful throughout. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Turin.

The staff are pretty much accomodating and they are very very nice and helpful.

On our first night the aircondition on our room was too loud we weren't able to sleep and then they were nice enough to transfer us to a new room.

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful and resolved our booking issue. Don't book through booking.com even though you have a bedding preference, the hotels don't necessarily see this. So we were constantly having to change rooms throughout Europe. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but is getting a tad dated, but not a reason not to stay there.

Bedding didn't match booking, even after contacting the hotel in advance and confirming. Don't book through booking.com otherwise you'll run into this problem all over Europe. The hotel was good about it and moved us to rooms which matched our bedding preference, but it was annoying to have to do it.
