Great location, really nice apartments, super sweet and friendly staff, great continental breakfast for 10 euros pp (also for kids), with coffee, juice, fresh croissants and baguettes

The master bed was a little hard for my taste but the single beds were very comfy

the pool and the grounds were really lovely. the location was a great base for seeing many of the north coast beaches as well as walking into town.

there was only half a roll of toilet paper, there were sheets just tossed on the bed and not maid, the kitchen had no sponge or cleaning supplies should you want to make a meal and wash up, there were small black bugs in the bedroom closet and on the bedroom floor. there was also an extra end bill of 110 euros for sheets, towels and cleaning. that should have just been built in the price.

location is excellent and staff is really nice. also it is quite nice property. flexible check in , whoch was really nice.

Private parking in front of the hotel. We got a very nice apartment's, with fantastic terrasse. Clean. Comfy beds. Strong Wi-Fi. Location was nice.

Breakfast could be better...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Apartment had everything we need (apart from the washing sponge and the washing liquid). Gym is available apart (5 euros at the moment of visit), small but functional.

Wi-fi was not working. No cleaning tools for the dishes.

It's a pleasant complex, new modern facilities, clean, very friendly staff, parking, nice landscaping, and a feeling of being in a residential complex with 2 pools. Very practical for holidaying families.

Nothing to dislike, but the description of "beachfront" is not accurate. The property has 2 swimming pools and the beach Plage de L'Île-Rouse is about 1 km away and can be reached by crossing the main road and railroad. It's a nice beach with several restaurants that reaches up to the town of L'Île-Rouse and offers a nice walk.

We paid 300 euro a night and: - shower door didn’t close properly = water everywhere - French door couldn’t close (see review below, still not fixed), had to close the shutter to make it safe - we stayed only two nights so we didn’t buy many throngs to make coffees etc, there is absolutely nothing in the kitchen - nowhere to have breakfast unless you have a car - zero customer service - we stayed through the storm, lost electricity, no one rang us to check how we were, reception was closed. we definitely won’t be back. way too expensive for what it is.

The apartment is clean and quite modern. The residences include two pools, small but nice. It's located away from traffic and noise, walking distance to the beach. Monticello was a nice surprise during our trip around Corsica due to proximity to Ile Rousse which is a very nice little town, with good restaurants.

Air conditioner was available only in the main room and placed on opposite wall to foldable bed, so at night it was blowing right into our faces. We had to tun it off and obviously it was getting quite hot. The bedroom doesn't have one, so it was getting even hotter there. Although the kitchen included all necessary equipment, there was no sponge, no dishwashing liquid, no tab for the dishwasher. I don't understand why items of such low value are not supplied and the visitor has to buy it. Last thing: I was charged twice by a mistake. I got the money back, but it was a hassle.

The pools (although very crowded) and the surrounding garden were fine.

Hotel did not provide the booked and promised accommodation. Front desk/management very rude, offered no assistance and would not listen to complaints either in person or via booking.com. The room standard was mediocre. Expensive mandatory extra fees for cleaning, towels and linen (should be included at that rate). Extremely bad value for money.

The staff is not very friendly or helpful - there is no info that you should bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags...for a 3 nights stay.

It is a very well kept residence, and although there are lots of appartments you still can enjoy some privacy. There is always a responsible so it is not too loud and there is good social control.

It is a residence, so you are definitely not alone. The location is in the middle of other residencies so you are not there for the views. You will need a car to get around because the nearby beach is ok, but there are much nicer beaches in the area.

Location close to a very nice beach. Swimmingpool was very clean, nice and convenient. Appartement was well equipped, yet a bit worn down. There were different Appartement buildings. The pictures on Booking.com are the ones of the newer building in the front.

Shower needs repairing. Reception was not particularly welcoming (can’t help it, when I am not fluent in French, but a receptionist should be able to help me nonetheless)

Amazing pool and large balcony in the room. Kind receptionists. Nice bathroom with large bathing tube. Fully equipped apartment with large fridge and freezer, plates, bowls, coffee maker, microwave, forks, knives and spoons, glasses etc.

We were 4 adults and breakfast was the same for 3 days - basket with 1 baguette, 1 croissant and 1 chocolate roll - everbody got one piece of it. For 4 adult people we get 1 small jar of marmelade and 4 small cubes of butter and that was it - for quite expensive accomodation I would expect buffet or at least continental breakfast a la carte. Only one person from the reception could speak little bit english. We got one small room where we barely fitted but due to lack of english skills of the receptionist we decided not to try negotiate larger one.

We could stay with our dog, the room had a big terrace well protected from the sun, perfect!
