Location: Excellent, Within walking distance to the Champs-Elysees, Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from, There's a small supermarket on the same street, Quiet area. Executive room: Very spacious, Lovely interior, Comfortable bed Bathroom: Clean and spacious shower/bathtub, Toilet has a (shattaf) which is very convenient for muslims! (I'm not sure if all the rooms include one (shattaf), so better to contact the hotel staff before booking) Staff: Very friendly and helped with all our needs! Breakfast: Standard but tasty!

Отель в классическом парижском стиле с высокими потолками, французскими балконами. Просторные номера, что для Парижа редкость. Отличные вкусные завтраки. До Елисейских полей 5 минут пешком. Очень внимательные и отзывчивые сотрудники отеля.

Испачкали с ребенком пододеяльник соусом, попросили заменить. К вечеру так и не поменяли, пришлось еще раз вызывать перед сном. «Трубы» джакузи не прочищают, при случайном нажатии в ванну выдается застоявшийся там мусор.

il n'y a rien à dire que comme d'habitude tout est parfait. cet établissement correspond tout à fait à nos attentes. personnel à l'écoute et fait le maximum pour notre satifaction.

- Le personnel : très accueillant et compétent - Le lit très confortable - La douche grande, fonctionnelle et bien chaude

- Qu'on demande à faire une copie de ma carte d'identité. Rien n'autorise un hôtelier français à demander une telle copie. Il a cependant le droit de demander la présentation d'une pièce d'identité pour justifier de sa nationalité oui bien sûr s'il règle en chèque (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/cnil-direct/question/un-hotelier-peut-il-faire-une-copie-de-ma-piece-didentite). Je précise cependant que la personne qui m'a accueilli n'a pas insisté suite à mon refus. - Le service SmartTV (ou la TV je ne saurai pas dire..) qui semblait un peu dysfonctionné après avoir été démarré

The room was a bit tiny 2 closets one in bedroom and one in bathroom The street can be noisy at times Soundproofing esp door/corridor can be improved

the location was amazing. one street over from the arc de triomphe yet still so quiet at night. The staff bent over backwards to be polite, helpful and friendly. It is an expensive hotel which my Daughter and I are not accustomed to with more of a meagre budget usually. But, it was nice to see how the other half live!

Breakfast was a ridiculous price, we could not afford it.
