Toll war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Die Lage war auch gut. Mit dem Auto war man in 5 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, hätte aber etwas mehr Früchte, lactosefreie Produkte und vielleicht auch etwas Gemüse vertragen können.

Room is good. Staff is friendly. I booked this place to be close to the TGV Station and it was very convenient.

I booked to be close to the TGV station, however, there is no shuttle and it is not by the station. If you have bags to carry, you would need transportation (and it is just few minutes to get there). The name is kind of misleading "Avignon Gare TGV" - so someone would think is a hotel at the station. It is far from downtown, but it is clear on the instructions.

Sehr schönes neueres Hotel, freundliches Personal.

War so weit i.o. Zu Fuss ist Avignon Centre in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Für uns kein Problem. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe.

Nous avions réserver une suite pour 3 adultes. J’ai été très déçu le 3 eme couchage était un canapé lit d’une seule place très dur ! Il y a juste un rideau qui sépare la chambre de la salle d’eau. La salle de restaurant n’est pas très cosy pour un hôtel 4

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war ausgezeichnet freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Bei unsere zweite Übernachtung hatten wir im Zimmer keine bzw. kaum Küchenausstattung. Es gab nur zwei Trinkgläser. Bei der erste Übernachtung hatten wir Besteck, Teller und Kochutensilien, was sehr hilfreich war. Allerdings haben wir nicht nachgefragt, da es schon spät nachts war, sonst hätten wir wahrscheinlich etwas bekommen. Ebenso war bei unsere zweite Übernachtung die Abdecktür zur Küchenzeile etwas kaputt, sodass sie auf dem Boden schleifte und schwer zu öffnen war. Ansonsten aber waren alle Geräte funktionstüchtig.

We like the room here and it suits or 3-4 persons. Sofa bed is nice and comfort. The hotel is in walkable area from Avignon TGV Station. We walk from TGV station at late night, and all is ok. Staff / reception stands by 24 hours.

Nos gustó mucho la limpieza de la habitación, la cama era muy cómoda, la cena de la noche y el desayuno muy rico, no demasiada cantidad pero suficiente, la ubicación es perfecta si no quieres el bullicio del centro

Un accueil très chaleureux, convivial et sympathique, avec un grand respect et souci de la clientèle. les services sont multiples et très agréables. Salle de fitness très pratique (même si le vélo était HS). la chambre très pratique et bien disposée (WC séparés de la douche et SDB ouverte sur chambre) et lit très confortable. Praticité du bureau dans la chambre pour travailler.

Chambre avec balcon très agréable et joliment décorée. Lit très confortable. Salle de bain tres jolie avec douche italienne. Petit déjeuner livré dans la chambre à cause des restrictions sanitaires actuelle. Très complet. Espaces communs joliment décorés. Dommage que nous n ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse à cause du Covid-19, tout donnait vraiment envie. Très bon accueil de la part de Hamza. Personnel de l’hôtel sympathique.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Drinks an der Bar gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel. Für eine längere Zeit wäre uns das Zimmer zu klein gewesen :)

We were winding up our 4 week holiday with 4 nights in Avignon and needed to be close to the TGV for Lyon airport. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the TGV (15 mins with lots of luggage), but the next day we hired a car in Avignon, so when it came to dropping the car back to Budget at the TGV station for five of us to catch the train on the last morning, it couldn't have worked better. The hotel is very comfortable for a last stop destination - we had a kitchenette and balcony, but the restaurant was very good for breakfast. Pool and gym were used, and the staff helped with printing reservations.

It would be good if there was a more accessible supermarket. We all liked everything.

Modern fit-out. Close to TGV station, although you do still need a taxi. Good friendly staff.

The only minor was quite a long wait to check in around 10pm as the only reception staff member was dealing with an issue in a room.

The service of the hotel staff is absolutely fantastic. The parking place is large and safe. We drove a trailer with our bikes towed and the hotel allowed us to keep our bikes at the hotel.

Breakfast was not so great. The lid of the toilet in the room was broken.

My family enjoyed the stay. The food was great at the hotel. The hotel prepared the sofa bed for my kids with consideration. We greatly appreciate!

Housekeeping needs improvement The sheets were not clean enough, and were not changed the second day, although we put the "change sheet" sign on the pillow. Also a pack of food (probably a lunch pack of some staff) were left on our room on the chair, with the oil of croissant leaking from the paper bag to the chair. We told these to the reception staff and she was very interested and took notes. Also the room was small, the bed is so strangely situated facing the window and makes it hard to go to toilet from bed, for the person sleeping on the right side of the bed. And the shower area do not have a door and a bad smell was coming from the shower area.

The staff were really helpful, we asked for recommendations and advice about things to see and they helped us a lot. The room was very clean and breakfast was really good too.
