Bed linen lovely white and clean Staff friendly. Room clean but worn carpets. It was only one night but I wouldn't recommend for longer

We were moved to sister hotel at point of booking not notified before arrival. No teaspoons in room. En suite needs replacing chrome damaged and flaking all water damaged. Breakfast not great and staff not following guidelines for food safety. No gloves no tongs food just warm. Pillows and quilts need replacing and my mattress had lots of stains on it. Clean sheets were a god send.

I have a dead leg issue and so being asked to walk up and down the stairs was very inconvenient for me.

Strong smell of recent cigarette smoke in the room. Opened up a settee bed to find the condition disgusting. Really wouldn’t recommend

nothing,where do I complain. I booked in advance I made a call a few hours before arriving and was told everything was fine. I arrived the time I stayed to be told they were fully booked and they would sort me out another hotel about 5 miles down the road. the taxi took over half an hour. the receptionist was quite rude and lacked any communication skills and the place had a horrible odour smell that made me feel sick. when I finally got to the other hotel it was after midnight.

it cost me additional transport expense because the friends I was meeting up with lived close to the hotel I got moved out off utter shambles. then the new hotel breakfast was horrid no control over children and food was uneatable except a boiled egg didn’t even eat there the second night so I paid over the odds for one boiled egg and a small cup of coffee

it was dirty rude reception staff sent an 8 month pregnant woman up 4 flights of stairs with a broken lift and wouldn’t offer a different room the room stank of cigarettes even though was a no smoking room and the carpet was filthy! The room certainly was not as advertised We immediately left without staying and booked with another hotel a couple of roads down. We are regular hotel users and whilst I appreciate it was a basic hotel as was a late arrival and early start (we only booked somewhere to sleep during our ongoing journey) , it was the worst hotel I’ve experienced and we lasted. They took a security deposit which has yet to be refunded I’ve asked for a refund of this and the room surprise surprise no communication from the hotel. do not consider this

Horrid place, stinks Horrible smell of cigarettes, dampness in the room. Hair on the floor, leftover wine bottles. Open tea bags. Rude and arrogant staff You can't class this place as hotel This place need inspection & should be shut down

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast superb.

We booked this for our uncle.He is a patient. The Hotel allocated them a room in the 3rd floor. The lift was not working during the stay so we asked to change their room to the ground floor.The receptionist agreed to change the room the next day but instead, they moved them to their partner hotel.There was also no fan or A/C and the shower door was broken.

Sadly the hotel was very dirty. The carpets were sticky to walk on in the corridors and in the bedroom. The beds had stains and hairs on the sheets. There were several families staying and it was very noisy

They ask for a deposit of 50£ but don't pay it back. It's now a month ago and they still say "10 working days" on the phone. The Hotel was also overbooked when we arrived and they sent us to another one. They are scammers.

We were moved to their sister hotel Premier lux because they had some problems with the room in Cranbrook hotel.The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. They arrange taxi both ways free of charge. The staff was good.

There was little hassle to move around. But they were very helpfull.The staff on reception were very friendly.She knew her job.

The room TV had much to offer. The kitchen staff were friendly and the food was good. Also the people who cleaned our room left if clean.

We got relocated to the Britannia Inn with a suposed upgrade. The rooms were not soundproof, we could hear the other tenants. There was no AC in the room. The bathroom ventilator was really dirty which occasionaly dropped dust. When we showered the bathroom would get really wet, which occasionaly we would slipped.

Rooms are clean and breakfast was good.
