It was clean

Posting a second review as it is not possible to challenge or reply to the response of my previous review. Therefore I would like to refute the accusations - 1) the hidden fees are not clear when booking through booking.com as below. 2) there was no noise complaint or party. The other tenants of the apartments were louder than us and actually woke us both mornings. This was a family trip consisting of 3 60year old 2 36 year old and 2 7 year olds. We were hardly in the apartments other than to sleep/ dress 3) the beeping was raised as below. This was constant and would not have been complained about by others as it was not the fire alarm and we had all 3 ground floor apartments so it was only ourselves affected ( I have a recording of the beeping but unable to post this) 4) re accusation of us smoking to set off the fire alarm. This is laughable and as none of us smoke. 5) as per my previous post it is clear the damage is wear and tear and some maintenance would improve the apartments. The previous review is a fair and accurate reflection of OUR stay, this does not mean other people have to agree however I will not tolerate the fabrications and lies posted in the reply to my review. As someone who travels frequently using hotels and air b&b I have never had complaints about my conduct, behaviour or how I have left the accommodation. London apartments I would recommend you delete the fairy tale you have posted as a reply and contact me for a formal complaint to be raised about your integrity as it appears you keep your reviews neutral/ positive by belittling and slandering anyone who posts an open and honest opinion

It was excellent experience especially we had direct access to the supporting staff, especially Mr. Shabz was supportive&helpful.

I must thank Shabz for the way in which he looked after us. Nothing was to much trouble. To the point of relocating us to a more suitable property for our needs and checking out tubes so we could get to Greenwich to run the marathon easily.

Property was really good and very well maintained. For a group of 10 members this place is really a perfect fit. Good privacy and nice view from the apartment. Property owner really guided me well and was frequently doing a friendly check on my comfort in the property.
