Tolle Zimmer, alles super sauber und modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer um den Gast bemüht. Im neu renovierten Restaurant wird ein hervorragendes Frühstück geboten. Auch hier ein Lob an die Mitarbeiter, die immer sehr aufmerksam waren.

Noch gab es etwas Baulärm. Gerade am Pool könnte das schonmal etwas stören. Aber irgendwann müssen halt Renovierungen durchgeführt werden.

I arrived at the front desk for check in and the first unhappy thing is that they can’t give me a king bed room as I reserved because as they said it is not available and instead they offered me a combined two beds which is totally different, but I accepted anyway then the staff asked me to give 22000 Baht as a deposit for 4 nights, this thing was a big surprise for me, and it was the first time that any hotel asks me for a deposit even more than the room fee which made me feel very nervous and I refused to pay any deposit, then the staff said it’s ok , don’t pay but if you eat or drink something you should pay immediately, actually it wasn’t a good beginning, the third thing that I faced is that I booked the room for two persons with breakfast and every morning we go and eat normally, then at the third day the staff in the restaurant told me that my reservation is one person breakfast only which made me very disappointed, I told her to check carefully before talking to me, she just said ok and went without even saying anything.the swimming pool is very nice but it is very quiet also without any music or some shows same as many other hotels.

The location is good, as it overlooks the beach, including only a street, and is considered far from the inconvenience and bustle, and it is close to the famous complexes, and the rooms were large, overlooking the sea and clean.

There was an inconvenience throughout the day because they were often making adjustments and restoration to the rooms that did not make me rest by sleeping and there was no hotel lobby, which resulted in waiting outside where it is very hot.

Ich bin immer wieder sehr gerne dort! Es gab ein Problem bei der Bezahlung was sich jedoch in sehr sehr rascher Zeit via mail problemlos lösen lies! Alle sind sehr freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit! Ich reise nun in 4 Tagen dort wieder an! Zur Zeit ist dort eine Baustelle die mich aber nicht gestört hat und auch habe ich KEINEN Lärm war nehmen können!

Modernised feel. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Rooftop bar and also the pool located on floor 6 were fantastic. Amenities were out of this world. Super food’s Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion made me feel like I had my own spa.

Lovely welcome from the staff. Although there are works going on at the hotel, these did not interfere with the pleasure of the stay. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Great views. Very good location. I will happily stay here again.

A shame that when I stayed their nice beachfront restaurant was being renovated, but that just means I shall have to go again!

Location is great, very close to the beach and one 7-11 is just downstairs, super convenient. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is well designed with balcony with sea view. My kid loves the kids room, great for 2 years.

The breakfast food can be a little better, we expect some more mild, simple and plain (Asian) food for elders and kids to eat.

Beware felt ripped off after concierge organised my taxi when leaving and I was charged 3x the regular price for my journey to my family’s house nearby. I said this is expensive but he was adamant it was correct. Left a bad impression of my stay.

Leider ist der Executive Teil des Hotels im rückwärtigen Gebäude des Holiday Inn, sodass das "normale" Holiday Hochhaus genau vorgelagert ist (nur seitliche Sicht auf das Meer). Das Angebot im Executive Club war sowohl an Speisen (vor allem Frühstück) und auch Qualität und Menge nicht zufrieden stellend (Vergleichsmöglichkeiten , da wir zuvor in anderen Hotels in HuaHin und Bangkok waren, wo das Angebot und Qualität im Executive Floor ein wesentlich besseres war und dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis entsprach). Ausserdem unverständlich, dass der an sich schöne offene Park-Restaurantteil in Strandnähe zur Hauptsaison ! renoviert und für 4 Monate geschlossen bleibt. Die Alternative am Swimming Pool im 6.Stock leider wenig einladend (unbequeme Stühle, ungedeckte Tische etc.)

Tout ! Emplacement privilégié, infrastructures OK, personnel : sympathique, compétent...
