The hotel was warm and homely. The room a great size with plenty of storage. Located in the best part of Paignton with amazing owners who made the stay so special.

Everything was spot on! Off-road parking, great location just a few minutes walk to the seafront and bars and restaurants. Hosts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast and look forward to returning for a great chill out time.

EVERYTHING !!!! Mark and Gareth were the best hosts we have ever known, so friendly and welcoming, down to earth and happy to help with absolutely everything. I even requested a breakfast item that was not on the already varied menu and they did it for me with no hesitation at all. The room was clean, tidy and bright with no surprises about the size or decor and the sleep we had was the best in years. New double glazing has been well worth it as it was so so quiet. The location is perfect.... about 60 seconds to the seafront, food places, great walks and trips. They have a nice garden and conservatory you can use where we had quite a few chats with Gareth and Mark. We wish we had booked another 6 nights and have already secured another visit next year. These two have got a fantastic b and b and need to carry on doing what they do. You must visit !!

The location was central to all our activities, places to visit. Seacroft Guest House was spotless. We were made very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, spot on.

Gareth and Mark are so welcoming!! they were very accommodating!! Both made the effort to ask about our days and spoke to our daughter as well (who is very shy). breakfast was wonderful and breakfast room is light and airy, you don't feel as though you are tripping over other guests. bedrooms very well kept and décor was very up-to-date. would highly recommend! location of B & B very close to town and beach. over all a fantastic stay.

Fabulous location, especially for the quiet end of the beach, also a short walk to the steam train and the ferry to Brixham in the harbour. Super, friendly hosts.Very clean and super comfortable beds.

The main road is noisy, so I closed the window more than I'd liked to but it's a thriving, busy area so the 2 go together to be fair.

Very welcoming host's, very clean and great location, few minutes walk to the harbour, and off road parking. Also guests fridge was a great idea.

Great food, comfortable accomundation and brilliant hospitality.

The en-suite is a little on the small size, but perfectly useable and shower had a good water pressure.

Breakfast had a great choice ,always cooked fresh and plentiful. The location was great for the harbour and easy walking to the town, We were able to park on site
