Location

Despite paying 2 nights, upfront and in full a deposit payment of 150euro was required. With checkout the deposit supposed to be refund but after 11 days and reminding twice still not refunded.

The location is ok

Underoccupied, check-in took about 30 minutes, then the key didn't work, so re-issuing of the key took another 30 minutes of waiting. Such a waist of client's time can't be expected from an allegedly business hotel. Disappointing. The breakfast is so-so. Sound insulation wasn't good, no good sleep. All in 6+ out of 10 max

Room is always kept clean. Spacious for single person stay.

Laundry service can be improved. Laundry sent before 8.30 am or 9 am should be returned on the same day instead of the next day.

reception staff were frindly

the shower wasnt working properly, beds werent very comfortable, the man on the entrance of the breakfast wasnt frindly and I felt he was a bit rude. Also, I booked a room with 3 singl beds but what i got was 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed which wasnt comfortable at all.

We booked triple room, but I'm result got room with double bed and sofa(( Breakfast is very poor for 4 started hotel

Although i was disappointed initially by the standard and size of the "standard rooms" I upgraded to a deluxe room next day. We were given a discount for the upgrade. The rooms was modern and very clean with sufficient space. We stayed in 2 rooms with connecting doors. Kids loved it. Very satisfied with the deluxe rooms. But that came with an additional cost. Location was also great. Enjoyed the Gym facility.

-The hotel should review the standard of the so called " Standard Room" to make sure it fits into 4 star category or at least be clearer with the description because it is does not meet a 4 star. Advertised information and pictures on booking.com does not match the actual room.It is quite deceptive. I booked the hotel because it comes up as a 4 star hotel and I thought that it will be the usually standard room in a 4 star hotel. the double beds were small. no space in the room to move around. and the decorations are outdated and furniture old. -It is a shame that hotel guests has to pay to use the pool facility. it will be good for the hotel management to review that.

the location of the hotel for the tram stop is brilliant. the staff were really good, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as was the restaurant for evening meals.

the bed was rock hard so much that I had to ask for a duvet to sleep on. the room was very tired apart from the brand new bathroom. The most disappointing thing was the extortionate charges to use the pool. for a family of 3 it was €65 and that wasn’t even 24 hours it would have applied each day, cue one very disappointed child. we booked it because we wanted to swim after a long day visiting Paris but it would have added 50% to the cost of our stay! plus the fact no pool is worth €65! The charge should be made more obvious in the details of the facilities before booking! The hotel claimed their room rates were cheaper so that people who didn’t want the pool didn’t have to pay for it in the cost of their room but the rates were no cheaper than other hotels we considered.
