The service was exceptional at every moment, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff. The restaurant itself is also amazing. Finally, the views from here are spectacular.

Would be nice if the rooms had more power outlets, as they only had one behind the TV and one in the bathroom sink. Ideally there would be a couple by the bed.

An absolutely beautiful spot on the lake with a stunning view from nearly everywhere on the property. They seem to be extending the hotel at the front, so the construction slightly blocks off part of the view from the restaurant terrace though . Easy access down to the lake and pool and the greenery everywhere was really nice. The bed and room itself were both very large and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was all absolutely lovely for dinner and also breakfast!

We were there during a very hot period and the air con struggled slightly and got quite noisy and clicky if left on for a period. We were in room 53 and were opposite a bar over the road which played music outdoors until quite late, so maybe avoid that if you're looking for an early night. Also the thing we found most strange was the room had an adjoining door which was not soundproofed at all, meaning you could hear almost anything from the adjacent room. Not sure if that was the same everywhere or we were just unlucky. The shower and bathroom could also do with a bit of a refresh.

Beautiful place, we had a big room including all sorts of facilities (in room sauna and jacuzzi with amazing lake view) . Very comfortable bed and bath. We loved the view from the windows (first row to the lake) and enjoyed the stay at the room and in the area around. The restaurant food was delicious as were the breakfast eggs. Wonderful staff - very nice and helpful, especially Alexandra!

The breakfast was OK but have expected more variety for a 5 stars hotel, it was very limited. The gym is a small room and too hot to do a workout.

Needs renovations, painting in all the wood work, the pool had bad sombrillas, found the place not cozy, poor decoration. and not as clean es I expected. Not a 5 star or luxury at all. Poor poor breakfast. Slow service...

beautiful property with everything you need. the staffs were all super helpful - dropping by our room to fix our broken baths and always ensuring we have a towel at the pool. the restaurant was also fantastic for a good price. highly recommend this place

Beds, bathroom, spa, shower, TV service, were all good. Room housekeeping was always very good. Views of the Nahuel Huapi Lake was simply gorgeous.

The staff was always very nice and helpful. However, room service lacks a lot of training. Our room was at the end of the line, the farthest from the main building/office/kitchen. We ordered some meals, but they came cold, on uncovered trays. Weather was cold and they had probably 150 feet distance to get to our room. They should have better means to provide for a nice, hot meal. Service at the dining room was not better. We ordered some omelettes, and other hot dishes, with same results. No good food, lack of taste, cold.

Exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in making arrangements for spa services, transportation for us. The Stag restaurant food was excellent. The two bedroom suite lodge we stayed at was beautiful with a built in steam room and sauna. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Charming.

The room was great, staff was excellent, all the benefits were quite nice. Amazing views and very tranquil quiet location. Overall we loved it.

When I booked it I thought there was a shuttle bus to transport us to and from the airport and to and from the mountain. So we ended up spending quite a lot of money on taxis. That was really the only downside, and the staff was extremely helpful in getting us cabs. I just thought it was part of the included things with the hotel.

The breakfast was fine and the location of the resort is exceptional. The complete staff was also exceptional particularly with my English only not really a problem. If anything it made the staff try harder to get the communication right.

It was mentioned buffet system breakfast but it was more like a controlled environment where you had to request food and someone had to serve it. We did not like that system and prefer traditional buffet system. Internet quality was extremely poor. The door to enter toilet do not have perfect mobility and had to adjust with lot of difficulty

Breakfast is very good. Several choices of eggs are done perfectly. Good fruit and excellent pastries. Well located to town. Although our room did not, most rooms seem to have good lake views. Nice to have places to put suitcases not on the floor!

The location and the view out of windows are brillient and beatiful, the price is worth such a nice place.
