Excelente ubicación, muy buen desayuno, muy completo, muy amplio y cómodo comedor. La recepciónista de la tarde noche un amor, muy amable, siempre sonriendo y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Habitación muy limpia. El personal muy amable.

La habitación tenia un desnivel que incomoda para abrir y cerrar las cortinas o ventanas, estabamos en el 5to piso. Asi que por ello también se ve o se siente la habitación mas pequeña

Localização, Café da manhã, limpeza dos quartos, atendimento dos funcionários. Todos muito solícitos. Destaco entre eles o Fabián. Ficamos muito felizes por ser tão prestativo e simpático conosco desde o momento da nossa recepção até a nossa partida . A experiência foi excelente além de ganharmos um drink de cortesia que é oferecido pelo hotel.

Poderia ter mais variedades para jantar.

Located in center close to airport

Very outdated the plumbing system absolutely out of the day. The toilet barely worked, the water dripped all the time. Thanks God the door can be closed. The bed mattress should be replaced the pillows impossible to sleep on. Breakfast ok but when I ask for sunny side eggs they refused to make it even though I suggest to pay for them.

Location was great! The building was functional and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Were accommodating regarding offering gluten free alternatives for breakfast.

A lot of choices of breads and fruit for breakfast but no hot options like eggs. I think that renovating the lobby with new furniture would make all the difference here, at least new coverings.

great location! very close to all the shops and the good restaurants. the staff was nice and the breakfast was adequate.

the rooms are little small if you need to open two baggages. the bath is not comfortable.

- Beds are too small and uncomfortable - Breakfast is very basic, not tasty and too sugary - They do not receive dollars for restaurant - Bathroom dark and kinda old - Shades do not close completely - Restaurant does not have actual hot food but pre-packed basic stuff - Lift is old which could be ok but is frequently out of order - Noisy because they clean rooms with vacuum machine from early morning

The room was comfortable. It has a minibar, and that definitely makes a difference if you are a hiker like me. I usually buy sandwiches and store them in the minibar. The location is great, it is at the core of the city. It has a secure parking inside the hotel plot

The staff could have been more friendly. The breakfast did not have many healthy options available. A lot of white flour. I would like more cereals

The central location, attentive service, and excellent breakfast made our stay very rewarding. Our room had a wonderful view and comfortable bed.

The heating system was on (even though the daytime temperature was reasonably warm).

Great location. It was close to everything without being on the main/tourist street Mitre. Breakfast was fine—nothing exceptional and exactly the same everyday. Room was a little old but ultimately no issues with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and took a taxi/remise almost everyday—front desk staff arranged for us each time.
