A little gem in Palma. About 20 minutes walk along the marina to central Palma or a short taxi. Really cute decor, lovely staff.

The location of the hotel is central you can get anywhere by foot or bus. There was a parking in front I didn't have a need for it Breakfast was amazing

Rooms have thin walls so if you're a light sleeper you'll need ear plugs.

Great hotel with the friendliest staff. Excellent rooms and comfy beds.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, but the staff would gladly help you with a taxi.

We liked most of it! Nice room with large terrace (we were lucky), very modern lobby and open areas, and very good breakfast!

The only negative thing we’re the small pools, also situated next to the diningplace witch felt off.

The hotel is very cozy and stylish. Every detail is made with love and with very good taste. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would surely return once more here.

The breakfast was very good. The location was also very well connected. Bus stop was really close to the hotel. The staff was friendly :). We really liked the free bottle of water. Very useful indeed since you cannot drink tap water in Mallorca.

I didn't like that one day we wanted to go to the pool at the rooftop and it was closed down for repairs.. I believe repairs must be done in winter, not in summer.

There was this weird situation as last evening we ordered a service to book us a taxi for a next day at 11.30. Then in the morning (10/10.30) we asked if this could be a bit earlier 11/11.15) and the receptionist was a bit surprised that the service was even ordered. He told us that he'll call the company and check and will let us know. At 11 we went downstairs to ask again and actually he only then contacted the company. It turned out (most probably as one of us can understand some Spanish) that the taxi was never booked and as there was no free car he ordered us a huge bus taxi that cost us 50% more than a regular one (which he did not mention), so both us and the driver were surprised to have been ordered such a big car (could probably fit 15 ppl or even more) just for 2 people.

Friendly staff with a welcome drink on arrival, a wide range of breakfast choices, situated about a 25 minute walk into Palma but the local area had lots of lively restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was amazing. Place is spotless. Foyer is nicely decorated.

Superior room was a little smaller than expected. Shower screen was way too small which led to lots of water on the bathroom floor after use. Minor things, don’t let it put you off.

Hotel was very nice and clean. I was very amazed by super supportive and sweet personnel.

Location was not the best. Very far from the beaches but still walking distance to city center.

everything was great. the staff got master in contemporary hospitality. They are all happy to take care of you, without giving you this type of old school hospitality. the kind of hospitality you would usually get at fancy hotels like the Ritz-Carlton, which why I avoid those type of hotels if posibble. breakfast was amazing, the rooftop was pretty cool
