Great location for Phuket old town. Huge comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Extremely clean and well maintained. Quiet on an evening.

It’s a shame that the pool only gets the sun until about 1.30pm. Plus, the piped music played around the pool is awful. Better not to play any music.

Esta situado al lado de las calles principales de la ciudad de Phuket, a unos 15min andando del Night central Market. Relación calidad-precio buena, habitaciones confortables y amplias, buena limpieza.

Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas y puedes oir a las personas de las habitaciones de los lados.

Great location, friendly staff, and good value for money. Room was clean and spacious.

Everything was great except for the shower. The drain was clogged so water took a long time to go down the shower drain. I told the staff about it on our second day but it wasn't fixed.

Beautiful bright and bold environment in lobby and restaurant yet a calm oasis at end of a quiet street. Fabulous pool.

Perfectly located for Old Town Phuket. Enjoyed the look at feel of the hotel as well as the heritage.

I don't want to pay 1000 baht cash deposit when I check in. It diminishes the experience.

Lovely big room with a great pool to cool off in after a busy day site seeing. Staff were very helpful.

We had noisy room neighbours and means you can hear everything. Wifi wouldn’t work so had to keep asking for different guest logins.

pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious - the cook it for you once you choose off their menu. comfortable beds and perfect location.

bathroom is a bit odd - door is somewhat see through and shower was not closed off making a mess on the bathroom floor. walls are not very sound proof - you can hear all activity in the hallways.

My stay at Midtown Ratsada was fantastic. I was able to check in at 3pm and the room was good. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was clean and nice and there was free water and tea in the room available as well. It is very close to the center of Phuket so many things are within walking distance and the pool was nice as well. The pool is not big and there are not a whole lot of chairs but it was enough. Not sure if there was a possibility of having breakfast as well but I didn’t have it included with my stay.

Hotel is centrally located, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good wifi, kettle, fridge and safe.

Staff seemed to lose interest in patrons concern as soon as bill as paid, not much for customer service.

The front desk doesn’t seem to be trained in hotel hospitality, our requests for assistance with our luggage were ignored even though their elevator was out of order. As a senior couple I didn’t think my request was out of line.

This hotel is a newly converted shopping centre into a hotel, everything is new but its a bit cold and clinical, lacks the local Phuket Town atmosphere but it is central and not expensive.

the location is in the heart pf Old Town you can walk to everywhere from the hotel. Because it’s a brand new hotel, it’s very clean and spotless. the staffs are helpful and friendly.

breakfast menu was limited but it’s ok, juice was tasty. there was no door from shower to toilet so floor got wet and shower head wasn’t moveable.

it misses a bit of a soul. quite naked entrance area. no coffeeshop/bar etc. nice for sleeping - but then nothing holds you from leaving.
