Carpets badly stained green mould on bathroom window rubbers and my lady and I got very sick Something was very wrong with that unit And when I informed those in charge he didn't want to know about it . We will not return

Place was clean but very dated

The reception smelt really bad & the lady behind the counter not very welcoming, The place was so run down with weeds up to me knees in places & general up keep not done

The property is in a lovely location by the lake etc. The units were very clean and staff very nice and helpful.

Although the property was dated that didn’t sorry us but the thing that stood out the most was the grounds needed attention. There were weeds everywhere and it made the place look run down. The pool area was nice but same problem, just needed a bit of TLC. A tidy up would make all the difference.

The location is literally a stone’s throw from the lake. I love that we can do lake walks anytime we want to!

Quiet

No TV as it was not working, heat pump needed cleaning, spas were dirty and not hot, pool was not clean, only had a washing machine, no dryers.

Fid not get a breakfast.

The bed was too soft, pillows were nice, kitchen set up was nice, although a wooden spoon & a scissors would have been helpful- didn’t need daily attention with garbage taken out or towel replacement as told initial reception staff & it was followed thru first day but not on 2nd. Also, planned to do our laundry there & 1 washer available was broken so needed to go off site- cost more$! Nice to have Netflix to enjoy shows- thank you! Would have been nice to have more front office staff available to assist more often.

outside facilities need a good tidy up. booked specifically because it had a pool but pool was too dirty to use.

We love staying here it’s perfect for our family the staff is so helpful and kind when going to Rotorua we always stay here

It was so clean and unit was very comfortable, private. Lovely to walk around the lake. The pool was clean. My boys spent lots of time in the water even the weather wasn’t good enough. I would definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Jo. she’s definitely a gem of a person.

Grounds need to be tidyed up. Gardens need weeding. Playground needs a Good sort out. Old rusty tramp needs to be removed. Looks different to photos,I like it has been just let go.

Friendly staff

The place is very run down, the picture on the website does not represent the place. the gardens are vastly unkept, the children's park is totally delapaded, the pool is cold and a lot of dirt at the bottom. there are weeds everywhere, including in the guttering in the roof and across all areas of the place.
