Very nice hotel, people at the reception were very nice when checking in and out! When told they forgot to clean the fridge they immediately sent someone to take care of it. The breakfast was very nice as well! Also the air conditioner worked really great

Staff were excellent. Especially the head waiter and his mate. They worked really hard. Nothing was too much trouble. They should be really valued by the Management. The swimming pool was very large and enjoyable. A great facility for this Hotel.

Food was adequate but not top class. The cooked breakfast wasn't well presented but tasted fine, I enjoyed it. The evening meal main course, not so goo.

Unfortunately I guess restaurant was under staffed

I called the hotel to move my reservation and they did not accommodate my request. I was lucky enough to get a complimentary room at the Miramar and wanted to change my dates at Gri-Mar. I called the property but they refused. I run two hotels in Cayman Islands and I always help people. I was expecting the same (maybe expecting too much).

Lovely position on the hillside in amongst the pines. Spacious room with distant sea view and very comfortable beds. Good food and friendly staff.

Lovely location with trees and grass and flowers. It is peaceful and with its large swimming pool, it is a good place to relax. You can easily walk or drive to to the beach at Llança. The dinner and breakfast are good.

The terrace of the room could have been better arranged. There was no umbrella or shade.

Pool is great

Efficient, speedy and pleasant reception and check-out. Outdoor pool open and welcome on a hot day in May. The hotel suited us as we were travelling along the N260. The hotel is sandwiched between the road and a railway but it wasn't noisy. The aircon and wi-fi worked fine and we appreciated the balcony.

Wouldn't suit someone looking to be right near the sea. Our bathroom had been refitted but parts of the hotel and the grounds are showing their age.
