Friendly staff

Default double room when searching on booking for two adults it's an economy room that does only fit one adult. The bed is placed against the wall and the room is tiny

Staff very pleasant and helpful

Breakfast area is a bit frantic in my opinion as the design means it’s congested. Could do with a little important I feel.

The pool / spa area facing out onto the public sidewalk was quite odd

The position of the Hotel on the beachfront. The facilities. Helpful staff. Good, private parking available for a fee, in a private compound, as parking in the resort is difficult. Good breakfast. 10 metres from the beach. Great room with balcony and frontal Seaview (room 115)

Nothing to dislike

This hotel is in a good location, right on the beach, great view, good breakfast, very clean hotel. Lively bar with music.

The swimming pool is part of a spa which has to be booked, is very small and in front of the dining area.

How clean it was. The cleaning team did a great job. Also the workers at the entrance counter were super helpfull and nice. Views from the room are nice (if u get the beach view of the building). They gave us free access to the room’s minibar(2bottles of plain and sparkling water, 2 of CocaCola,2 of juice and 2 of tonic waters)

The air conditionate is very noisy. In adittion it is a extremely noisy location agravated by the concerts the hotel organise in the restaurant. Also, some finishings in the room were broken (in our room which was ”superior” the frame of the door was wrongly installed) or badly installed which gave a bad feeling. Breakfast buffet is not as good is it looks by looking at earlier reviews: bad coffe, non-natural fresh juices (the rest was ok). By the way prices in the bar/pub changes through the day! (1 esspresso cost 1.6€ in the morning and same at 9:00pm 2€!)

Food was great! Breakfast and Dinner was amazing!

The Spa is a BOGUS! It is available 1 hour day per reservation only. Otherwise is off limits. A hotel selling itself as a Spa Hotel should have at least the pool and the hot tub open all day. It’s not COVID anymore and there are no covid restrictions. So catch up to the world!
