Staff, place, everything

I'm extremely happy for having chosen this hotel for my last minute, first ever visit to Ischia. After a long trip across the country I started feeling muscular pain in one of my legs, so I was looking for something near the castle, the village and the port. It's also near from some beaches and the Acquedotto. This means that you can walk a short distance to these places from it if it rains as it was my case, or establish it as an easy base if you move further either by car or bus. The warm pool helped me with the leg problem I mentioned: access is available for all clients until 7 pm. The room I got was better than the one I initially reserved, so I was very grateful for that, especially after facing the rains and spending quite some time working from it during my 3-night-stay. Price relation was great - and breakfast was included too. Staff was kind and friendly, and I like the hotel look: it's not a new one, but instead of feeling "dated", it gives you a rustic impression, and the wood is real - unlike in other hotels that have gone through "renovation" and substituted their furniture for fake/cheap finishes. Absolutely the casual, calm atmosphere I was looking for at the island. Fully recommended! Would definitely repeat.

The location is nice - 10 mins walk to the beach, which was super crowded in high season, but still nice, 10mins walk to really good restaurants also. A lot of sunchairs to relax on by the pool. Breakfast was tasty, could have a couple more healthy options though. Polite staff

The pool was sadly super warm, almost hot and not refreshing at all. Just hot water in the showers of the spa area. The air-conditioning in the room so loud that I had to turn it off so I could sleep ad the room heated up super quickly. Very thin walls through which you can hear the TV running of the room next door.

Loved the pool and spa area! My room was quiet and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, selection of pillows and pleasant air conditioning. There is a small refrigerator/ mini bar that is restocked with bottled water daily, for a charge. Appreciated the free shuttle service to the hotel’s private little beach club and also has a snack bar. Had a fantastic lunch at the pool with a delicious scialatielli pasta with mussels. Location is good, within a reasonable walking distance of Ischia Porto center and the beaches.

Coffee at breakfast was bizarrely bad. The free WiFi never really worked.

some of the rooms were very tired looking and needed updated. They had air conditioning but it was set and you couldn’t adjust it. it was very warm, too warm.

Nice pool and the joining bar served everything from drinks, icecream, lighter food, fruits... 10 mins walk to a good beach and lovely restaurants by the iconic castelle argonese. Helpfull staff in reception and the bar.

The termal spa was disappointing, no staff to even ask for a towel, and it was dirty. Also if you dont pay ahead for halfboard you cant eat dinner at the restaurant which they didnt inform about ahead. The singlebed was very small and the cleaning was not good, specially the bathroom.
