Breakfast was very nice. Huge variety. Good quality and taste. Staff was mostly nice. Facilities were pretty good. Good location.

Rooms are not sound proof and the sound from outside was very loud, making it hard to sleep. Moved from the noise side of the building to the quite side of the building and it was still noisy. Staff was not particularly helpful on a number of occasions.

they don’t have own spa with massages, but there is outside spa salon next to the hotel entrance. That’s the only thing. The rest is amazing.

That the stuff treated us on the day of our arrival which we were traveling for honeymoon and I mentioned this because they gave us a smoking room for a one hour early check in because the non smoking room was available but they wanted to charge me for an early check in.

Location is convenient to LRT, it is 15 min walk to KLCC . There are many food choices within the mall where the hotel is situated and also a supermarket in the mall. Staff service is excellent and room is clean.

The room TV signal unstable, it keep losing its connection. The aircon was very noisy especially when is quiet in the night. Reported and it was serviced 3 times before we have a more peaceful night on our 3rd night stay.

Staff very supportive and friendly. Especially front office.

We liked that the hotel offer options for pillows. They are also very quick with requests. The staff are very friendly ! We appreciate how the management and team helped in organizing a special surprise birthday dinner for us. They really went above and beyond for this event.

It is quite tricky if you arrived after 10 pm coz the supermarket within the mall is already closed and the nearest convenience store is like 10-15 minutes walking distance ( did not try it though coz we are already tired from a 13-hour flight). Not a complaint ... but they might need to look into the room service they offer.. it didn't work for us so we just opted to buy the food ourselves ( there's a KFC or McDonalds that are still open ... note that these stores may not have tomato sauce/ catsup ... wish we knew this earlier ... we could have brought some from home .. it is odd eating fries/chips without it) .

Lift noise was interrupting our sleep bur when speaking to reception, they promptly changed our rooms

Clean and comfortable

The TV is old style and has limited channels as well as bad reception as TV reception freezes every five minutes. Not even a decent movie channel.

Love the cleanliness of the room and the proactiveness of the service staff to check on our comfort & well-being once in a while. Location is also conveniently located in a shopping mall. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The bed & pillow too soft for personally liking

Room was ok. breakfast very few options for Vegetarians and there was no separation of Veg and Non-Veg dishes in the breakfast platform. They were placed together leading to dissatisfaction. Location was too far to my workplace as I had to travel to shah alam.

Breakfast. non-segregation of Veg and non-Veg dishes. When I ordered for room service, no meat, no egg, no seafood fried rice, I got a fried rice with a egg on top of it. This raises suspicion whether the food served was adhering to the instructions.

I like to stay here because it was in intermark . Easy to find food etc. And , I always stayed here before for several time already.

I appreciated the staff offered an upgrade room to suite room. However, the room feel dusty, the curtain , carpet everthing really dirty and it seems not change for the longest time. I thought if suite , the room will be more better . Me and my son allergic to dust . Hence, we keep on sneezing the moment we entered the room until the next day check out. Gladly, we only stayed for 10 hours as we checked in late at midnight . Hope the property could take an action to make sure the room cleanliness always 100 on point. Regardless of any type of rooms . Hilton is a well known hotel . This time I’m really disappointed during my stayed at the hotel.

Buffet breakfast is varieties choices which is nice. And table that i sit is facing facing is very nice view with city view.

the toilet bowl is not good, and no auto toilet bowl to use. The drinks to serve is the room is dusty and not clean.

This is a fantactic hotel, and great location, super value for money, the hotel staff can not do enough for you, even took our bags to the car on level 6, The hotel has a salt water pool and jacuzzi with a fully equipt Gym on Level 10, Breakfast was amazing I am watching my sugar and there's tons of healthy options, you literaly want for nothing in this place, escalator access to the Intermark below which has everything you need including a food court in the basement, with 4no pharmacy's. You can easly connect to the LRT from the building 1 stop to KLCC. we swapped rooms on the last night and had a lovely view of KL, you can contact the receiption on wotsapp which is so much better and saves alot of frustration. A big thanks to Hilton as well letting us check out a bit later at 12:30pm we had a very relaxing stay, which was very much needed

TV in the room screen has slightly damaaged, we reported it and Hilton offered us another room straight away, but we didnt need it.
