It is well located, clean, good service and food. The beach is great.

Everything was great, just one little thing. They said check out was at 12:00pm and the wifi stop at 11:00. Maybe it is not a big issue, but I expected to do somethings around that time from work.

it was gorgeous and the staff was friendly! the food was amazing!

All staff is great! Something outstanding to mention is that, this is the first all inclusive hotel I see staff being as nice as friendly to Mexican than to foreign people, in general in all locations and hotels, staff is more attentive and treats better the foreign than us! The facilities are nice and the restaurants are great!

that we couldn’t have a mexican band play in the beach even tho the band is there and available. i understand that it’s loud for hotel guests but during the day it shouldn’t matter.

When call for issue with sink leaking water, it took over an hour for maintenance to stop by.

Good location, convenience stores, great food, shopping all next to the hotel…and beach accessible. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean all of time. Great that you could also use facilities at other ‘sister’ hotel/location and included the ‘all inclusive’ option to use at both hotels. This was great as we can now compare and decide at which one to stay on our next visit.

The beach was somewhat dirty. While I understand that the government doesn’t allow for private beaches, the beach right in front of the hotel, which is used by hotel guests is dirty (trash in sand and water). Even if it’s a public beach, the part that’s right in front of the hotel should probably be kept clean for the guests sake. However, staff was great at bringing out food amd drinks. Did not like the ‘sofa bed’, too uncomfortable for Adults bot ok for kids. The all inclusive option is a good value, otherwise, the food price is somewhat expensive compared to Good restaurants outside of the property.

everything the view was excellent

people would go early in the morning to put personal items on the pool seats and table, and wouldn’t show up till later in the day. and we couldn’t use them.
