Breakfast was fantastic! You can get it delivered to your room as well and it comes with fruit/bread platter :) All the service staff were so kind and helpful- everything felt so personalised :) The room was so spacious, everything felt so clean! They even give you a box of games/activities to do, pillow spray as well :) We really enjoyed our stay there!

The hotel was very clean and kept very well, The staff were extremely helpful and I liked how easy it was to communicate through WhatsApp with them. The food was fantastic especially the breakfast.

Der Auffenthalt war ein rund-um-wohlfühl-paket. Das Zimmer war groß und top eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bestand aus sechs a la carte Optionen, die sich untereinander mischen liessen. Der Poll war klain aber zum Chillen absolut ausreichend. Und zum Schluß: die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Einziger minimaler Wermutstropfen war der Start: ich war deutlich zu früh da und (ca. 10:30h, obwohl der regelmässige check-in 15:00h ist). Mir wurden die 15:00h als rgelmässiger check-in Zeitpunkt genannt und ich musste an der Rezeption 2h warten. Ideal wäre hier vielleicht die Einrichtung der Möglichkeit sich am Pool aufzuhalten. Letztlich war das Zimmer auch 2h vor offiziellem check-in bezugsfertig.

We initially booked the suite. It had an unusual design with the large bed in the middle of the room, and a lot of area taken up by the bath, shower and vanity on one side and a hanging chair on a raised platform on the other side. This meant there wasn’t a lot of usable area for two people.

Everything from check in to check out. We were there with my 5 year old kid and she absolutely loved it, the vibe in the room was nice and also the bath foam for her to play with. The breakfast is also very good with wide selections of food to choose from. The most important of all is the service is top notch that makes you feel really pampered. Excellent stay.

Villa with private pool is so clean and comfy, the staff is super kind and helpful. Me and my boyfriend are amazed by how the staff felt us so special during our stay 🤗 There is a free activity after breakfast everyday, we really enjoyed canang sari lesson. Also they took a picture of you when checking in and gift it to you while checking out which is super cute. Special thanks to Komang, Ani and Putra!

We have been to Bali 15 times and this was the BEST EVER trip that we have EVER had, simply because of the resort. The staff were just beautiful including the fantastic Manager Ani, who is an outstanding leader. The breakfast team were magnificent especially Dwi, Inda, Yuni and the young trainee student Simper.They were just so lovely and absolutely nothing was too m much trouble. It was the most fantastic breakfast that I have ever had ANYTIME ANYWHERE. All of the choices were amazing. Somehow they found out that it was my 70th birthday and totally surprised me with a birthday cake, special birthday hat and of course the birthday song sung by 8 members of staff! Wyan, who heads up maintenance was also unbelievable. We had a noisy air conditioner in our room and not only did he fix it on the first day, so much so that it was as quiet as a mouse afterwards. He left us a wonderful handwritten message apologising profusely for the inconvenience and left us a little stuffed turtle toy. But he then checked with us EVERYDAY afterwards to make sure that it was still quiet!! Young Endru, the concierge is also a wonderful young man who would go out of his way for you. I have never experienced customer service at this level in all of my life, EVER and I have experienced plenty of good customer service in my time, I ensure you. It was just extraordinary! Australian workers in the hospitality business have got a long way to go, to get even close to this level of service. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!

The one thing that I will mention is the lack of a handrail on the stairs to our apartment No. 307. All of the other rooms had them and we are pensioners and my wife does have bad arthritis but I know that a. s soon that they read this, Wyan will be right on it!!

The room was very clean and accomodating. The property is situated in a nice area only a 5 minute walk to the beach and shopping and precinct. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection.

Annora Villa is soooo nice！The assistants inside the villa is so friendly that treat you like family. No matter what difficulties or needs you have, they’ll be there for you. Also, there are culture activities inside the villa everyday. Very fun. Breakfast is a loooooot. with fruits/juice/coffee/bread and main. Delicious! The location is also very convenient. 10 mins walk to the sea, 5 mins to the Main Street. definitely recommend to all! (family/couple/alone)

Clean, comfortable, beautiful - in short, a great hotel, the best hotel I've ever stayed at for this price. What made the hotel special for me was its staff, I have traveled to dozens of countries and I have never seen such kind, helpful and polite staff. Mudiasih Dwi, Indah Sara, Endra, Ani, Komang and every one of the men whose names I don't know - everyone was great. The food in the restaurant was very varied and tasty. Location, bed, cleanliness, everything was perfect.

Our room was close to the restaurant, sometimes in the morning the smell of food could be felt in the room. It is better if you get a room further away from the restaurant.

Everything was just awesome the staff, the amenities, the rooms, the breakfast and the pool was simply amazing.

We had an amazing stay at the Annora Villas. The staff went out of their way to ensure our last night in Bali was one of the best. Ani and her team were there for anything we needed and we can't wait to go back and spend a little longer next time. The Villa was clean and modern and in a quieter street but still close to the shopping, restaurants, and bars.

This was defenetly bang for the buck. Easily the nicest place I've stayed in the area for this price range. The place was fresh and spotless and the hospitability of the staff was stunningly good. Rooms have a personal modern layout and are very cozy. Also the pool and and the restaurant are very inviting day or night and the overall atmosphere was just super chill. Would come back any given day. 5/5

the staff were extremely accomodating, staying in villa #1 with private pool was the exact experience I was looking for in Bali. location near the beach but a little far from the main Seminyak street.

The rooms at Annora Hotel are spacious and well-appointed, offering guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's breakfast menu has a wide variety of options available. In addition to the breakfast menu, guests also enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea, which is a lovely touch that I really appreciated. I love to express my gratitude to the chef for the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant.

We had such a lovely stay at Annora villas! All the staff are so kind and go out of their way to help in any way possible. The room was amazing! The staff cleaned it daily and replenished waters in the room daily. The villa also organises guest activities such as hat making that are free and great fun! The food at the villa was the best than any other villa we have stayed at. Thankyou to all the staff, especially Sara and komang!

Everything! All of the staff were really welcoming and friendly, and we enjoyed the complimentary activities (eg making canang sari). The design of the hotel is very beautiful and tranquil. We also liked the fact that the hotel is in a quieter location in Seminyak, with a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was exceptional and massive (you may want to ask for a smaller portion!) They made us feel really special without it feeling forced or touristy. They even did something special for my fiance's birthday but I won't spoil the surprise! Many thanks to Ani, Sara and the rest of the staff for looking after us :)

Nothing really. Their website says that their spa facilities are coming soon - we think this would complement the exceptional service that they already provide, and we look forward to trying it out next time!
