Parking was a bit tight

Roomy, warm, and clean unit. Excellent reception staff - Mao went above and beyond with assistance. Close to a couple of restaurants and take away places.

Not very close to City central.

Only thing was that 'body wash' and conditioning shampoo' are the same thing and it resulted in a very bad hair weekend!

Short walk around the corner to New World... and a great bagel shop. Easy drive into the city. Room was clean and kitchen well equipped.

Room had a very musty smell when we first arrived. Asked if we could possibly be moved to another room, but unfortunately all booked out. They were aware of the smell... and had made attempts to remove it, but without luck. We either got used to the smell, or it dissipated during our stay.

Efficient staff in the office. the unit was clean. the bathroon smelt damp and musty.I wonder if you have some rot in the floor or walls. I

there was a lot of draft coming under the door.(It was a cold evening)

Good location, unit was spacious, good shower pressure comfy bed.

Room was really pretty and tidy, loft bed and glass was really cool. Staff were very friendly, Good quiet location but still close to town.

Only negative i could say is gaps in the frosting on the front door/windows left us feeling a little exposed on the bottom floor.

Power of shower

Beds most uncomfortable, very dated. Water leaks wet carpet. Smelly fridge. Filthy pull out couch. Dirty sheets . Had to stay as had wedding and no other accommodation left as concert on! Lack of towels but did get more on request. Hadn’t vacuumed under beds.

Great highly recommend!

Improvements being made - upgraded kitchen and bathroom, location - easy walk to botanic gardens

Wasn't clear that photos were of 2 different layouts (2 bed king / queen) - didn't expect both bedrooms to be downstairs.

It was very modern, the staff were amazing, after a long day of driving and car issues they made it stress free. The bed was comfortable, the shower had awesome pressure and the complimentaries in the room were so nice. 10/10 would recommend

Nothing it was perfect

Clean and spacious room. Well equipped.

TV locked to Sky, so pointless even having a nice TV. Parking spaces were really cramped. Room is a lot older than it looks in photos. Very noisy, as on busy road with no sound proofing.

the cooktop stopped working when it got to hot mid meal. only one washing machine and dryer.
