Everything is perfect, the location was central, the room was very comfortable and very clean. The receptionist is extremely friendly and such a nice person whom gave us good advice about surrounding food.

I did have a look for the sample bottles of moisturiser but there were none. It wasn't bad that it wasn't there, but would've been a nice touch

It's fantastic to be able to stay somewhere that is dog friendly and you still great a fantastic clean room The area had a little fenced off piece with grass, which was great for my little dude to do his business and me supervise from close by. Staff were lovely, and the heater was on which was a lovely extra touch after a long day of travelling.

Lack of hot water through the bathroom tap, even running the tap on full for ages the water was barely tepid
