Nice location with great views, quiet, great restaurant with fine selection and view over the sea, friendly staff that help us in an emergency where we were in need of a dentist. Can highly recommend for a getaway

The only point was the wifi, which only worked for getting down emails in main building and not at all in villa Irene, so had to use our own mobil data. But in away also a plus, because it meant you stayed away from social media :)

Great location! Fantastic food! The view from our room was priceless! Staff was very helpful and the morning breakfasts were just what we needed and had something for all family members! Would highly recommend. Comfortable elegance!

The location was right next to the Ostsee which connects to the Baltic Sea. The view from the room and terrace restaurant was excellent especially at sunset. The buffet breakfast was quite generous and the restaurant beautifully maintained. The room was clean and spacious with nice paintings. Nice classic and traditional design overall. Lot of parking spots on site.

Most of the staff were friendly but some quite rude. The restaurant has insane waiting times on weekends/holidays, we waited almost 2 hours altogether for ordering and getting our food! We wanted to reserve a place for 9PM and was told that is quite late for the kitchen and then we sat from 8PM till 9:45PM for the food. Some locals were offered complimentary drinks for also waiting so long, but none for us. That seemed very unfair as we were already staying at the venue and waited the longest! The room keys were attached to a very heavy object, like a paper weight and was told that is for not losing the keys. The bus connections from Sassnitz are limited on weekends/holidays, every 2 hours with the last ones at 18:00.

Pillows were not good, I got neck pain. Breakfast was not up to the mark. I was expecting more varieties from a hotel of this level. They could have provided some nice pancakes, omlets etc. Crossaint were also sweet, no butter Croissaint.

the view from the terrace was amazing! situated right next to the sea you have a beautiful idea of the Kap Arkona peninsula and the sea.

Big apartement, but outside main building (few hundred meters), all equipement present. Hotel has about 5 buildings in the city, so it depends where you are located. Nice view to the sea from terrace!

Additional bed was not very stable - don't know why it was used, because there was also sofabed in another room. If you don't speak german well, it is hard to comunicate in english with staff, even there are few people talking English, it is not everyone (also as english speaking I felt like I was a guest of the second category).

The location of the hotel is perfect, rooms are stylish, spacious, comfortable and clean. The parking lot is large. Dinner menu is rich. The hotel is romantic, but so soft mattresses are not well suited for younger people who would like, beside of walking around, to spend also romantic night on the room. I would say I'm satisfied in 75%.

Very poor breakfasts. For 2 persons we received bread (fresh, I can't complain regarding bread) and 1 plate containing: 3 slices of cheese (nothing special), 3 slices of sausage (salami, ham, brawn - who likes the brawn these days?), 1 small piece of liver sausage (pate), 1 small piece of jam, 1 small croissant, 2 slices of cucumber, 1/8 of tomato. For single guests the same quantity had been served to one person (strange!). Then everyone could select something warm, i.e. scrambled eggs (it was made of powder!), or fried egg (this one was natural). One day you could take smoked salmon. That's really shame regarding the breakfasts, because half cheaper hotels, also German ones, serve much better and more food for breakfast than this one. It's money savings policy, because they really can cook - when we ordered dinner from menu it was delicious. However as due to importance of the 1st meal of the day I would not select this hotel again. Beds are too soft, it was not comfortable for me to sleep when sinking into the mattress.

Nice location but from our window on the ground floor were flows of people passing by and curtain and blinds were partly broken. Drainage of shower stunk.

See above. The view of the sea was blocked with a huge column in the middle and that was not nice.
