great location clean apartments and staff were beautiful. we had a fabulous time

We came to Vision apartments for a weekend wedding. We were amazed at the location, and the cleanliness of the apartment. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge for the 4 of us and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We liked how everything was in walking distance too. The pool was lovely and the staff were all very accomodating, especially with an early checkin. Thankyou!

The staff were lovely- so helpful. Apartment was beautiful, and had all the amenities we required. Good location, walking distance to everything we needed.

The proximity was great. The apartment itself is spacious and tidy.

Great location and facilities, the room was fully appointed with everything you could possibly need to make your stay stress free. The kitchen had more than enough plates, pots, appliances etc. to make it possible to be fully self contained if required and the laundry a washer and dryer along with drying racks. Also the property is also close to restaurants, bars, coffee for any outside dining required and within walking distance of the Cairns Esplanade pool and day trip departure points. We cannot compliment the property and location enough.

From the moment we got there we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that stayed consistent with anything we needed throughout the week. The venue was absolutely beautiful and made a relaxing stay all too easy.

We had a small issue with our stove on the first morning. But in saying that it was fixed almost as soon as we asked about it.

the location was good

we did not get the apartment we thought we were getting. I booked a one bedroom deluxe apartment with a balcony, a view and a higher level. we did not get that, we got a two / three bedroom ground floor apartment with a terrace looking at basically some greenery - No views whatsoever. we wanted to come to Cairns after a busy few days in Sydney and chill out sitting on our balcony looking at the scenery. when we complained and asked for a change we were told that was it and there was nothing that could be done. Very disappointed
