Room smelled mouldy and entire building smelled strongly of air freshener.

Perfect location for what we were after. The balcony looked out the perfect direction. We could not have wished for better placement of our room

The shower water went all through the bathroom and out onto the carpet. No instructions with the dehumidifier which had an error code. We didn't touch it because it said not to. On checkout she said it needed emptying...would have been nice to know what we had to do to get it working

The room was small and quite run down. There were Holes In the curtains that let light in the room.

View was amazing, close to everything, loved the one bedroom apartment

Location and staff

Room was in need of refresh. There was not enough sofa space for all people booked in. Dishwasher was not particularly effective and the Internet provided didn’t work as expected.

Rooms were very clean and view was excellent also staff were quite friendly.

I have stayed many highend resorts ect most of them priced lower than this, and this did not meet my expectations, upon entering our room the first thing I noticed was that the fire alarm was missing which is a big saftey risk and legally required, I could not find it anywhere in the room. We found the room climate control was not accurate at all and could not find a balance between freezing cold or really hot, also listing said it was 1 extra large double bed when actually was just 2 single beds pushed together which was extremely disappointing because it was the first few days of our honeymoon and made it very uncomfortable for us trying to sleep. Also we found the pool very disappointing as it was alot smaller than expected for a resort style stay, and the water was not heated. Other small things that made it less enjoyable was the lift taking 5min+ to come to our floor, the dryer in our room took hours to dry clothes and when left in there overnight came out wet again the next morning. the WiFi was extremely slow and just ended up using mobile data instead. Will definitely probably try staying somewhere else next time we are down this way.

Location, good bed, ocean views

Parking was a hassle. They only have limited parking so most of the time you are parking on the street, and having to pay. The cabinetry in the bathroom has broken off in places showing exposed particle board, very cheap looking, should be repaired/replaced before they re-let apartment. Musky smell in our room, obviously hasn't been open in a while.

Central close to all amenities

No serving even for a week stay. Expensive for just a bedroom and bathroom. Room very shabby and couldn’t sit on the sofa due to the mouldy smell of it. The beds were unsteady and kept rolling away. No comfort to relax.

Where it was situated great spot

It was a bit small no stand for the suitcases cupboards were a bit miss matched. There was no where to sit inside other than on the bed.

Location is the Best

it was perfectly located at walking distance from everything you may need in Cairns

the bed wasn’t too comfortable, for having the bedroom clean you should pay extra (if stay less than 8 nights)

Paid good money and no available car spaces on arrival. Requested late check out, was told 11am, then it was changed to an additional $30 till 11am and then changed to $50!!

The bathroom was not clean. The door didn’t even close because of water damage and the toilet was broken

Location is ideal Staff were pleasant. Cleaning staff were obliging and eager to help.

Cleaning cycle was once in 14 days and at the 12 day point. Only done after we went to desk and pointed out that it had not been done up to that point. Given the price, this was a disapointing result. It seems that the level of service is lower than previous, with large cost increase overall.
