not enough restaurants. had difficult time getting dinner reservations and had to go outside resort one night. a snack bar near beach and pool would be nice

Additional costs for use of the facilities E.g swimming pool and car park. Given my stay cost ¥1M+ I’d not expect to pay for hotel facilities.

Everything! it was an extremely nice accommodation with impeccable customer service. I stayed in the South Tower. The room was large, super clean, and comfortable with a spacious balcony that overlooked the sea. I could see the beautiful emerald green waters while lying in bed with the drapes open. I walked the beach and went to the gym (which overlooked the water) almost every day without any problems. So refreshing. I enjoyed massages on site but did not opt to have in-room massages. I enjoyed having someone else cook and clean for me daily which left more time for me to just administer self-care. I ate well thanks to room service and restaurants on-site. The hotel offered to assist with all my needs from luggage to touring and airport transportation. My room was serviced daily by two housekeepers which made it quicker and more efficient. I highly recommend this resort and hope to return someday.

Great location around many restaurants and the ocean. Great variety of food in the breakfast buffet and delicious.

For the price you pay, nothing is included. You cannot use any of the amenities without paying extra for a package, per person. Even the pool isn’t free. You pay a lot of money for a room and then pay more money for using what’s in the hotel. It’s not worth the price. I could’ve paid less for a hotel just as nice that included pool and beach access.

Beautiful lobby, lots of activities, entertaining light and water show each evening, lots of variety in the restaurant buffet, comfortable room, and great ocean view!

- nice, children friendly pool with slides and shallow area - indoor playground for kids, - indoor saltwater aquarium, - clean and spacious rooms, friendly and polite staff

- paid (very expensive) umbrella and deckchair sets on the beach - open ocean view blocked by some sort of breakwater embankment - you must wear lifejackets (separately paid if you don't have your own) for snorkeling - apparently it's a rule for the whole island, hint: if you snorkel without pipe, no lifejacket is needed, - swimming only in designated area allowed - in-room dining basically has no Okinawan cuisine, portions are tiny but prices high - monotonous breakfast buffet

No doubt with great hospitality, services and even dining. The breakfast buffet was great - stayed here in the time of typhoon but grateful because of the amazing atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly, prices for activities were very reasonable and this resort was tattoo friendly !!

The dinner buffet was not kid friendly nor was the menu. We checked out Senses & the Grill both did not offer a lot of kid options. The breakfast buffet was really good though 😋 The resort could benefit from a snack bar that serves more than cup of noodles & ice cream, think more grab and go sandwiches, sushi, pizza.
