Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. They let us to leave our bags for free for 5 days while we were on a tour. Kitchen staff was nice! They offer meals at nigth for a low price.

Location is excellent. We had a large room which was good. The lock on the door didn't work properly but entry to the hotel was secure.

Breakfast was as expected, with a ventilated environment, comfortable tables and impeccable service from the butler.

Room cleaning could be improved during the stay, towels changed at least every 2 days and fridge defrosted between stays.

The new terrace for breakfast is very nice and attractive, street view. But the breakfast in itself leaves a lot to desire,

Breakfast was poor, we had to ask for more cheese two times, scrambled eggs finished, we had to ask them to do more....everything looked like: "Please accept us as we are, we can not do any better"....//we were in the hotel 6 years ago, but standard had went down significantly.

STAY AWAY A horrible hotel. The rooms are really mouldy and smelly (unhealthy) the reception staff doesn't care about its guests a single bit (room staff is friendly), they actively try to make your stay as complicated as possible. On top of that, we got really sick and the staff refused to do anything for us, which actually got quite dangerous as our fever rose to 40 degrees and they flat out wouldn't have cared if we didn't make it in the end; refusing to provide proper assistance to your guests in such situations is borderline criminal.

Great value for money and great location. The breakfast was good too.

The staff

The building is older but well taken care of. Rooms are large and clean. The shower has hot water and good pressure but should probably be re-tiled because they are pretty old. The location is great, less than a block from the main square. Breakfast is excellent with many choices including fresh toast. We booked to stay again after our trip to the jungle and they kept our luggage.

Wifi is weak, but still not awful. The showers need renovation.

The property is located just next to the Teatro Amazonas. Good restaurants near the square. Lots of summer activities happening in the square. Strong Wifi, good shower. Fridge inside the room. Room and towel were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Can request your preferred type of eggs. Staff at check in and kitchen are very friendly and attentive. From this propertty to Eduardo Gomes Airport cost BLR $30 ( day time) Approx 25- 30 mins ride using Uber.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We loved the location as it was close to the Opera House, restaurants, bus stops and the port. We also loved the breakfast. It was delicious!

Our bathroom shower leaked so water pooled on the bathroom floor when showering. Overall the hotel was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
