Really quiet place despite being in a busy part of town. Bed was really comfortable. Staff are really friendly.

Nice hosts. Comfortable room. Well equipped. I was particularly impressed with the two recliner armchairs provided. Nice coffee provided for use with the cafetiere. Good shower. A good location: I was able to walk to the lakeside and to Te Puia. Great value for money.

Decor is a little bit "tired".

The motel is within 10 minutes' walk from i-SITE and there is a supermarket on the other side of the road. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, a couple of large armchairs, a kitchenette, a dining table with two chairs, and a spa bath. The owner is friendly and accommodating too. I will be happy to stay there again next time I am in Rotorua.

Excellent value for money. Simple but so clean. It was heaving with rain but we didn’t hear it because of sound proofing and double glazing. A comfortable bed wit beautiful sheets.

Having just completed a very long overnight running event we were delighted to be greeted by the sight of 2 Lazyboy recliners. The spa bath was also very welcome as was the massive, comfortable bed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room and facilities were perfect for my little family and I. We loved the location the most! Being directly across from the mall is super helpful!
