Spacious and a great location! Air conditioning was great.

The hotel location is near JR station that’s very much convenient but if you are going to shopping in Sapporo city, suggest to find a hotel near any bus station that is better you go to shopping except you have strong ………legs for 22000 steps. However, if you focus on JR transportation, the hotel location is really convenient.

The room is so small that you can't even lay your checked luggage flat on the floor, let alone if you have check-in luggage. But you can put your luggage in the toilet. However, it is suitable for customers with small luggage.

Bed very uncomfortable. Too hard. Room not clean except very superficially. Floor carpet needed a good vacuuming and under cushions on sofa was a lot of dirt :<)! Paper receipts from last March, dirt, hairpins etc. Not good!

Room very compact, not much room for luggage and lack cupboard space. Inflexible check -in time and baggage storage. Smallish breakfast area and limited spreads and very crowded most times.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the JR station and department stores nearby. The hotel has its own parking lot which is 1500 yen per day. Convenient stores are also nearby.

The room is a bit old and a bit dusty ( on shelves and top of the beds) but acceptable for the price paid.

Good location

The location was ideal for travellers that like walking as it is walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. The property itself is fairly new with a good lounge / breakfast venue where you can use it free of charge other than breakfast time for some liquid refreshments.

Some wear and tear with the bathroom, no drip coffee bags or dry powders are provided within the room for you to enjoy at breakfast. The Internet, however is really outdated or had problems with WiFi connection, it kept cutting itself out. This issue must be looked into, otherwise, cannot work within the room.

the pillow is really small and we got 1 pillow each. maybe is suitable for 1 or 2 night stay. if need to stay longer it’s not recommended cos we cannot sleep well every night.

The room is of decent size. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping very attentive, will leave a bag of towels and water on our door when we are out.

The pillows need a serious upgrade. I did not enjoy a good night rest @ all, even after requesting for a second pillow on my 2nd day. It's not a jojke having to sleep with those sluggish pillows for 5nights.

The staff were all polite and helpful. Even the staff at the buffet breakfast remember who we sat with. Very good service. The buffet breakfast was simple but a very good spread. Well done.

There is only an indoor onsen.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was a little crowded but well managed by the staff.

The onsen was crowded and not very well equipped. The pillow was too flat so I requested for another.
